It was a wonderful trip to Itaipu, an organized, clean place, friendly, attentive staff. To enter the visit it is necessary to purchase entry which currently costs 46 reais, teacher and student pay half. You visit by bus and during the journey the guide explains the whole story of how the dams were built. Super interesting.

Park created to allow fish to spawn during piracema season due to the geographical modification of the construction of the Itaipu plant, through the creation of a specific channel. Very well preserved, it fulfills its role of providing marine life to the region. Outside the piracema season, the channel is used for canoeing, including international competitions. It also has a lake that provided a natural habitat for capybaras. Nature is intense in this place, and it also has infrastructure for visits, parking and bathrooms.

Lots of capybaras, cool place for photos. We pass by it when we go to visit the Itaipu binational hydroelectric plant.

Piracema Park is a place that looks very beautiful, a place for tourists to enjoy the beauty of nature that exists there, as well as the landscapes, lots of water and many fish that exist there, it is a very cozy place for families and tourists, I really liked it.
