One of the incredible experiences with the company, I was patiently attended to with all my expectations and doubts throughout the purchase process and even during the tours. I would like to express my indignation at the company's lack of professionalism! If you don't want to waste your time, don't hire! The company asks for the amount in advance to book the tour and arrives on the day due to their lack of organization, they didn't show up...they refunded the money, but how do you organize yourself for the tour? More than 1 hour late to understand what happened and they simply return the money without giving you any support! I also point out that I asked the day before about confirming the tour and was confirmed that everything was ok! Unforeseen events happen and we understand! But where does the organization support the company in these cases?

The agency is exceptional! I started the service, via WhatsApp, with Carlos, who is an extremely attentive and kind guy. He put together my itinerary carefully and was always available for any questions. ☺️ One of the trips was to Puerto Iguazú (Argentina) with Fabiano and another guy, both very polite and friendly. Oh, and they were punctual at the transfer time. (Tip: book the tour to the Argentine fair and Marco das 3 Fronteiras on the Brazilian side - you won't regret it). Anyway, Tríplice Tour has very fair prices and the difference, without a doubt, is the impeccable service! It was an unforgettable experience and I recommend them with my eyes closed.

Sensacional, quero aqui dizer que nós ficamos impressionados não só com o atendimento mas com todo o contexto. Pegamos um pacote que estava incluso Paraguay e Argentina.. Nós pegaram na porta e nos trouxeram na porta. O Fabiano foi extremamente atencioso nos passou todas as dicas, nós levou em todos os locais como prometido, muito atencioso e com uma paciência gigantesca. Recomendo ir ao Paraguay com ele. Foi maravilhoso o passeio, para Cataratas, Paraguai, Argentina.... o guia Fabiano a todo momento atencioso e solicito conosco. Meu esposo faz uso de protese na perna esquerda e teve um problema ,ficou com muita dor, Fabiano o ajudou com a cadeira de rodas, a se movimentar pelo local, gratidão.

Agência maravilhosa. Viajei por essa agência no mês passado e a viagem foi incrível. Fomos bem recebidos e muito bem atendidos. E adoramos o passeio de brinde q nos deram no último dia. Arc Turismo foi ótima, rápida em responder minha cotação de passeios, soube se adequar as minhas necessidades de gosto e preço. Cumpriu com horários e ingressos. Soube flexibilizar quando necessário. Fizemos Cataratas Argentinas, Brasileiras, Parques das aves, puerto Iguazú.
