Horrible, worst service I've ever received, I was there yesterday in the afternoon and on another occasion they both served me twice, extremely aggressive and rude, they even talk loudly to you, they never have an open agenda and honestly a complaint needs to be opened against I don't know the names of either of them or where to complain, but as soon as I know I will make a complaint so that no one else has to receive such aggressive and unprepared care as the attendants I used at this UBS.
