The
receptionist
named
"Luziene"
made
our
(me+partner)
welcome,
pretty...
Time
wasting
and
annoying.
We
arrived,
placed
our
documents
there
and
named
the
reservation.
It
took
her
50
minutes
to
do
our
check
in
(literally,
I
rechecked
with
the
time
of
arrival
on
Uber
because
I
could
not
believe
it
would
be
possible).
She
was
not
even
friendly,
more
like
an
emotionless
sloth.
We
waited
50
minutes
for
her
to
do
her
job.
Besides,
we
have
been
the
only
persons
checking
in.
I
don't
even
want
to
imagine
what
happens
when
there
are
like
10
check-ins
to
do,
better
come
one
day
before
your
reservation
starts,
to
have
the
room
in
time.
By
the
way,
she
didn't
even
excused
herself
for
being
this
slow.
She
just
considered
this
normal
I
guess.
Embarrassing
for
Ibis.
Stressful
for
us.
Ibis,
u
disappointed
me.
This
person
should
not
be
working
there,
that
damages
the
name
of
Ibis.
I
bet
if
she
does
the
check-in
more
times,
she
will
sustainable
reduce
the
amount
of
people
who
like
to
stay
in
any
Ibis.
