Staff was incredibly helpful and the decor was very nicely done. Would stay here again

Incredible place but very expensive

Great Hotel, the guys that work at the reception are quite respectful and very kind to provide directions etc etc.

Very good hotel and kind staff. Breakfast is good and also the pool. They helped us with everything we asked.

spartan... toilet wouldn't flush anything solid... mold smell or AC smells was catalyst for me getting a runny nose accompanied later by a sore throat and bronchial infection. i wouldn't stay here another time... staff were professional, but the place is just super stripped-down

We stayed at the hotel for rwo nights , this week and I found the whole experience very pleasant, safe, clean, and good value for the price tag. I was very impressed with Juliano and Casio for helping Me organize my trip to the Falls , when the trip company made a mistake on my itinerary. Juliano got on the phone, spoke to the right people and got things corrected. He was a lifesaver to us, that could have turned into a disastrous day. This trip had nothing to do with the hotel, and he still went to bat for us. Keep up the great work guys, Sheldon and Jan
