Reception was not very helpful in the check in. Coffee is included and good.

Standard rooms are nice. The guys at the reception are very nice and helpful. The hotel is near by the waterfall, you can reach it by walking, but if you want to reach the city it's a problem, most of the taxis don't accept the ride.

There is no sound resistance at all. I could hear the people talking outside the room very loudly. There were also hairs on the towel and the hooks on the wall in the restroom was completely rusty. The only good thing about this place is the location which is at a walking distance from the Brazilian side of the Iguaçu Falls.

A little run down but nice and friendly. Very quiet. Good for families with kids or people visiting the waterfall or Parque dos Aves. The breakfast is good.

Very good location if you are visiting the falls, quite far from the city, though. Service was good, breakfast was just ok. Rooms are nice and clean.

We has dinner here and the service was terrible.

Perfect hotel if you want to visit the falls (around 500m walk from there)

Fabulous hotel for the given price!!! Staff was super friendly (could check in early, offer tickets for Iguazú falls , turístico advice etc). Food and service was great and that beer bucket by the pool is priceless !!! Quiet and relaxing place, only 4 minutes walking to the Iguazú falls bus and plenty of things to do like horses riding , trails walking etc !!!! Great place !!! And very clean !!!

The pool was dirty. The room got infested by ants and the furniture was falling apart. The only good thing was Bruno's amazing service in English. The hotel neglected to mention that the walking trail can be dangerous due to predatory animals in the jungle. I also felt sad that the horses were malnourished. I would not return.

Staff were flexible and generous, the place was clean and tidy, food portions were generous too, I really enjoyed the cakes included in the free breakfast walking distance to the falls, so convenient!
