As soon as our taxi pulled up here I knew we were in for a treat. Located in a central part of the town, we were all checked in quickly with my room on the 2nd floor (1st floor for other countries). Three single beds with two of them Pushed together made it comfortable. Flat screen tv with only CNN as English speaking channel. Bar fridge well stocked. Safe available for valuables. No toiletries but there was soap in the shower plus hair dryer. Air conditioning was a blessing. Had my washing done here and very reasonably priced - returned in 24 hours. Breakfast was amazing. Whatever nationality or dietaries - you’re covered. He juices, teas, hot food, breads, cakes, and toppings were all good. Couldn’t fault it. Please don’t take food from the restaurant though. It’s well sign posted that you’ll be charged if you do. There is a rooftop pool, bar and billiard room so take advantage of that as well. Very quiet at night. Signs around asking people to respect the peace of others after 10pm. This place is so cool it has a chapel, elevators, extra toilets downstairs, waiting area in foyer with comfy chairs and tv plus when you walk along the darkened hall at night, the lights are automatically triggered. I felt very safe in this hotel and transport was easy to get around along with many local bars and restaurants within walking distance . Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Wifi excellent. Laundry service. Adair f out the front if you want to watch the world go by. Staff are superb with good English, Spanish as well as their own Portuguese. Highly recommend. OS - I drank the two water with no issues

Lovely friendly hotel. You can buy basic bar food here. Please be aware, Sunday many of the restaurants are not open. But hotel offer to ring for takeaway if you don't want bar food. Our guide forgot to tell us most places are closed. He also forgot to tell us the main street, Avenue Brasil, is where there are lots of shops, bars etc, plus market stalls can be found. Its about a five minute walk from the hotel. As a solo traveller, I felt safe here.

The staffs are friendly, and helpful. The room is dated, and the insulation is really bad. I could hear the alarms from other room. The hair dryer was spoilt. The drain at shower was block when I checked in. Thankfully the cleaner cleaned it for the 2nd day.. ventilation of the room was poor, due to it's a 2nd floor and near to all the water pipes. Breakfast was really good. Lots of varieties. Generally it's okay, just too noisy.

The location was perfect. Walkable to the bus station and the rest of the town. It was easy to be picked up for tours from the hotel. The rooms were a good size and clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty good with many options. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. And also as a traveler on a budget, but wanting a private room, it was one of the more affordable options I could find without compromising location/comfort/service!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds if you prefer harder bed. Clean bathrooms. Amazing breakfast was included, such a variety! The coffee was not the best. Friendly helpful staff, felt very safe. Pool was very nice!

Excellent located hotel with a bit outdated equipment. Everything works though. Swimming pool is quite small, and does not look so cool as at the pictures. Breakfast is very nice. Location is quite good, you are right in front of the bus stop and 3 minutes walk to the bus terminal. The travel agency in the hotel offers quite overpriced tours to all 4-5 sightseeing around and is heavily overprices as you can take a taxy, go by bus or rent a car much cheaper.

Wonderful 4 night stay at Del Rey, very helpful and polite staff always with a smile. Most staff spoke very good english especially at the reception, Felipe and Diego. The breakfast was excellent as well as the people that worked in catering too. They are making improvements to the reception area which I think will attract more visitors.

Good choice for breakfast, room was pretty clean, air con provided, beds comfy. Good mini-bar selection, room service can be ordered for food and drinks (haven't used personally) - rooftop pool with bar (yet to visit personally)

Stayed for 3 nights Close to bus stop. The 120 can take you to the Iguazu falls, bird park and airport Good breakfast Not much natural light in the room Comfortable bed Cold water wasn’t working. We notified once and no resolution was made Encountered a number of red ants in the room Small shower area. A stop for drunk Aussies partying all night. Really more of a Hostel rather than a Hotel Edit: As the staff is really friendly, I tried to resolve my issue by either requesting a new room or asking them to stand by their word and try to keep the noise issue under control. Unfortunately the front desk person didn’t want to listen to me at all and kept refering to “I can’t do much”. If a Hotel can’t provide it’s main purpose: Sleep. You should stay away

Excellent staff who go above and beyond to assist the guests. Rooms were clean and the rooftop pool area has a great feel for a afternoon swim and drink or to read a book

It was a very decent hotel. We felt very good here. The breakfast food was delicious, it had everything for my needs. The pool area was also decent, though in the afternoon it tended to be quite busy. It was a good stay. Thank you for the amazing room service, we had a blast everytime we entered the room in the evening. Thank you, Veridiani 😋
