Fiquei apenas 2 dias no flat, e tive que procurar outro lugar para se hospedar, moça que me atendeu , pessimo atendimento ,mal educada, na hora de ir embora fico batendo na porta . Limpeza muito ruim, cozinha cheia de bataras. Muito ruim minha experiencia. Achei uma excelente pousada com piscina e cafe da manha *Hotel Iguassu* (mesmo valor) . Muito bom

Room smaller than expected. Very helpful and responded to questions very quickly. When we asked for more kitchen equipment, they provided straight away, replaced broken kettle and bathroom door handle as soon as we asked. Clean and comfortable. Very central.

we are very disappointed. firstly, we never got the key for the main entrance. super bad service. the the mosquitoe service never came. the laundry was the reason why we came here was on the 3rd floor and we never got any help or instructions how to use it. the cleaning lady was knocking on all the doors if she can clean already around 8 am. if I could I would get refunded

It was a moderate place to sleep only. The room doesn’t have a window looking outside, it is looking to a garage way. Every time when someone opens the garage door, the noise is too loud and it wakes you up from sleep early in the morning or late at night. At first night, we killed more than 10 mosquitoes inside the room even if the room is like dungeon I don’t know how they come inside. The only pro of this stay is its location is very close to the urbano terminal and easy to go to waterfalls through that terminal.

Overall a very good value for money that I recommend. The place looked new, so everything in the room was in great condition and clean. It was a very comfortable and most of the time we enjoyed our stay. We used also the washing machines free of charge. But there are a few things that nees a little attention. We like places with kitchen for cooking. While the electric devices were adequet, the kitchenware were not even close to the basics, making cooking a very challenging and time consuming experience. But the worst was the fact that there is no exhaust hood, so the room was smelling onion and garlic the whole time of our stay (there is no other way for ventilation at the specific room). The smell of onion was so strong that our eyes were becoming wet for more than 6-7 hours after cooking.

Avoid. Cockroaches, mould and dirty. Extremely rude management, didn’t even apologise. Cheap for a reason.

Smelly, dirty and small. Would not recommend.
