It has turned out to be the best buffet lunch sold by weight we have found through south Brazil. Not only is the lunch full of variety but the sweets are out of this world. If in doubt where to eat lunch and maybe grab a confection this is your place. 4 stars as there was confusion the first time we went. Walk around and find both food bars before dishing up. Each has there own specialties. And since we did not speak Portuguese we kind of floundered until we figured it out, this part is our own fault. Large selection, a very good lunch menu and sweet selection. Worth the stop.

If you're looking for a quick lunch while shopping, you have to visit Marias. It's been one of the most known resturants in the area for too long. The buffet is very good and the dessert is even better.

Great selection of food for lunch. They have a nice Brazilian style buffet of food. Or stick with their Brazilian fare specials: meat, beans, rice, fries, and salad. Really tasty, real value for money. Did I mention their amazing range of cakes and sweet things?

Nice bakery with a big assortment of choices to eat . We were for breakfast and we got the offer sandwich+fresh juice for 9.99-good price and tasted. Clean,good service and there are breakfast and lunch buffet - the food looks fresh .

Really good place for breakfast, they have many items ready,both sweet and savory options if you need something quick. They also have breakfast by the weight R$39.9 per kilo. There is a waiter that speaks English and was really helpful. We wanted a mochachino and they prepared for us even thought it wasn’t in the menu. The Apple crumble was phenomenal :) They also have lunch by the weight.

Price is not that good. Options also are not. But if you like the food they serve it is a good option.

Excellent lunch at Marias&Maria! It is a buffet arrangement but everything is fresh and tasty. It’s the place where the locals come so it’s good price and good quality. You choose your salads, meat, sides etc and pay per kilogram. It’s a great opportunity to try the local dishes or just make a selection of your all time favorites. They have a bakery/ pastries shop at the front so we stocked up with lovely cookies.

Went 3 times during my trip to foz. Once for breakfast and two for lunch. Good selection, lots of choice for vegetarians and really good price. Have a good, healthy lunch for £3. Fast, quick and cheap.

Super delicious cakes! I had a very awkward but wonderful experience when I visited this bakery with my boyfriend. We have spent the better part of the last month learning Spanish and today was our first experience with Portuguese so I definitely felt bad when we had trouble communicating with the worker. She was well in spirit though and she did her best to help us understand even though there was a language barrier.

The cheese bread is dry and has sandy texture instead of chewy and gummy. The desert are good. Clean and tidy.

The olace is nice, but the cakes are normal tasted, but you will enjoy setting and taking ur coffee,not bad

We lloved this little town. However, I would not recommend this cafe if you don't have all the time in the world. The place looked good and the atmosphere was attractive. The point-of-sale system was super inefficient. Most of the staff appeared to be totally indifferent to the clients (only the guy making coffee was nice and professional.) One must ask for what they want, get a little ticket go to the cashier and then go back to get your purchase. There were only five people in line and our checkout took 15 minutes. All that time was not spent with one problematic check out but each client checkout required what seemed to be an inordinate amount of time. I left knowing I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Very good cafe with buffet food. Reasonable prices and very tasty food.
