I only trained one day at the gym on a business trip. I really liked the appliances and the air conditioning. I recommend.

A decent gym for seasoned lifters. You will find all the equipment and weights you need but the equipment is quite old and the cardio room can fill out pretty quick. For beginners, you'd be in tougher spot since the number of coaches in the weight room is small and they'll have to do their best to keep up with all students.
