I
would
like
to
leave
an
opinion
on
the
experience
that
my
brother-in-law
had
while
visiting
Marseille
at
the
end
of
08/2023
and
the
beginning
of
September.
My
brother-in-law,
his
autistic
son
broke
his
glasses.
He
urgently
went
to
this
store
where
he
noticed
the
following
points:
-
As
soon
as
my
brother-in-law
arrived
accompanied
by
his
family,
the
manager
of
this
brand
left
his
workshop
to
take
care
of
them
without
delay.
-
The
manager
immediately
analyzed
whether
he
could
repair
the
glasses.
He
went
into
storage
to
try
to
find
a
branch
that
could
replace
the
broken
one.
After
adapting
a
branch
by
heating
it,
he
managed
to
repair
the
glasses
perfectly.
-
My
brother-in-law
was
very
happy
with
the
high
quality
service,
from
entering
this
optical
store
to
the
repair.
This
is
not
the
first
time
that
his
son
has
broken
his
glasses
and
therefore
my
brother-in-law
has
ended
up
at
an
optician
for
a
repair
request.
Never
before
this
experience
in
this
Marseille
store
had
he
been
received
with
so
much
attention,
so
much
kindness
and
customer
service.
To
finish
the
short
story.
My
brother-in-law,
originally
from
the
north-east
of
France,
asks
the
manager
for
the
sum
he
owes
him
for
this
high-level
service.
The
response
he
received
was
even
more
surprising
and
even
more
touching,
especially
since
it
is
not
what
he
is
used
to
hearing
even
in
his
region.
The
manager
clearly
replied:
“You
don’t
owe
me
anything.”
There
you
go,
it's
a
message,
a
testimony
of
an
experience
of
a
tourist
passing
through
Marseille.
Unfortunately,
my
brother-in-law
did
not
have
the
name
of
the
person
responsible,
otherwise
we
would
have
cited
him
directly.
Thank
you
again
for
this
experience
which
will
mark
us
forever.
My
brother-in-law
was
very
touched
and
so
was
I.
