Very nice rooms even the furniture is clasic. The seaview is amazing, great food and seevices. The casino is a must if you stay in this hotel. I did not tried the SPA as i was very busy with some business but definitely i will come back with my family for this. I really enjoyed the location even the weather was not so good having heavy rains and wind for the entire stay. The staff is great and ready to help anytime.

Nice hotel, rooms with sea view are spacious and comfortable. However if you like making tea/coffee in the room take your own cup or get one from the restaurant, hotel only provides paper cups in the rooms.

Dog friendly was the reason we chose this hotel. They are very Dog friendly. We will be back!

The stay was good despite covid restrictions which degraded the value of the stay (this is understandable), but I had a very bad experience with casino doorman on Sunday 12 July 2020, extremely aggressive both verbally and physically pushing my baby's stroller because I went to the ramp and pushed the post without his permission (he wasn't there when I got there the day before and no instruction were marked so I had to move the posts myself), why is the ramp part of the casino? The "casino" atmosphere and quality of the people around that area is not adapted for hospitality and especially not for families. I talked about this at the reception with no serious reaction. Overall super bad service and no real hospitality for 400 EUR stay for 2 nights for a standard room in a not very crowded place.

Acceptable quality and helpful staff but it was hard to enjoy as a resort unless you like gambling. No beach towels and a surcharge to use the pool.

The bedrooms are large, comfortable and American style but lack some basic facilities like coffee/tea making. The spa has a decent indoor pool but really not much else - the focus is very much on pricey treatments. The biggest problem when we were there was that there was huge numbers of business meetings going on which, when coupled with those there for the casino, pretty much took over all the public space including the dining areas.

I ADVISE AGAINST this HOTEL. The man who served our man barely spoke English, he did not accept our complaint for the unjustified addition of 100Euro to the bill. We came as a Polish Representation at the Blokart European Championship 2019. asked for breakfast when registering. After telephone contact from the service man, we received information that breakfast is already included in the price. A friend asked if it was for sure. He also got confirmation. If we had known we would not have bought breakfast but went out to breakfast in the city (Every day at the hotel breakfast was the same - for 7 days. No other dish, no novelty - no change) Every day you had to ask for a change of mustard and ketchup. . At check-out it turned out that breakfast was added and the service man did not want to deduct it and reduce the bill - to the set amount. He also did not accept the complaint. I ADVISE AGAINST this HOTEL

Nice hotel situated located 10 yards from the beach. Around the hotel: During July/August, the beach is monitored by lifeguards and also has a club for kids. Some very useful shops are also located 1 or 2 min walk from the hotel (a few boulangeries, bars, newsagent, pharmacy, restaurants. At the hotel: The hotel has a nice restaurant facing the sea (fantastic views from there, also used for breakfast). The rooms are relatively spacious and contemporary, they also have a very good A/C. There is a small casino on the main floor as well as a game room with games for adults and children. Finally, there is also a spa centre. Pls be aware that the swimming pool which is part of it is not open for children younger than 16.

A range of services beyond our expectations, in addition to a casino. Let's always continue to improve...
