What a hidden Jem and well located within the heart of a medievel town! Plus there are several nice restaurants within a stones throw. Staff were welcoming and helpful. No complaints. We will be back!

Lovely staff, great breakfast, nice rooms. Very enjoyable stay. Wish we had stayed longer. Our French isn’t very good and they worked hard to communicate with us in english. Very appreciated. Book directly with them if you can.

A nice hotel right in the center of Buis. Room to store your bike if needed, so good starting point for bike trips. Room was big and clean with good airco. Good breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Verouderde kamers , zeer onvriendelijk en nors personeel, Ontbijt zeer miniem en weinig keus ook daar zeer onvriendelijke en norse man en dit voor 14 euro. De garage was gewoon een opberghok waar niet eens een betonvloer was , in plaats daarvan gewoon grint, 5 euro per nacht. Er konden 3 auto's achter elkaar geplaatst worden met als resultaat als je achteraan stond en wou vertrekken je eerst de eigenaars van de andere wagens moest zoeken om te kunnen vertrekken. Kortom een aftands oud hotel, met daarbovenop zeer onvriendelijk personeel, geen lift en meestal is de receptie onbemand. Een dikke afrader , ons zien ze daar nooit meer.

Normalmente si da un giudizio dopo. Ma la mia esperienza con l'Hôtel Les Arcades merita pieni voti fin da subito. Serietà, professionalità e attenzione al cliente. Quanti avrebbero da imparare da Priscille e dallo staff dell' hotel. Non vedo l'ora di partire con i miei amici e le nostre moto, certo che non potrò che confermare il lusinghiero giudizio. Non so quale sia in Francia il corrispettivo del nostro "il buongiorno di vede dal mattino", ma per noi sarà certamente una ottima giornata nella meravigliosa Provenza, in italiano ed in francese. Merci beaucoup.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel charmant. Beau jardin et jolie piscine pour y passer un moment au calme. Petit déjeuner complet et délicieux. Les hôtesses d’une extrême gentillesse. Chambre spacieuse. Situé au cœur de Buis, tout y est accessible à pied (restaurants, bars, supermarchés…)

Nous sommes venus deux fois et tout était parfait à chaque fois. Seul bémol peut être le petit déjeuner qui manque de choix. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais nous n’avons pas été dérangé pour autant, c’est visiblement bien isolé. Le jardin est splendide, très reposant et offre une vue imprenable sur le rocher St Julien. Le personnel est très sympathique et le rapport qualité prix imbattable.
