    During ortho treatment with Madame Svensson, I can only confirm the first impression I had. She is gentle and professional, she puts you at ease and does not hesitate to explain and reassure, she is patient, always punctual and smiling, it is always a pleasure. I had a few unforeseen events (a ring and a wedge that went missing) and she quickly gave me an appointment to resolve the problem. The secretaries are also super nice and welcoming. In short, I recommend this office with my eyes closed and especially Madame Svensson for orthodontics.

    Rv de ce jour 21 août parfait. En attente du résultat. Aujourd'hui 10 septembre. 20 jours que je porte mon appareil après juste une petite retouche tout est très bien Comparé au premier fait précédemment cet appareil est beaucoup mieux après les modifications apportées que j'ai souhaité. Je revois le dentiste le 20 septembre pour un dernier contrôle de suivi. Merci pour ces modifications qui sont parfaites. Merci à vous.

    Saw 2 dentists: Dr Boelle and Dr Valmy. Very competent, attentive, patient, very professional. no complaints. I recommend. The dental assistants also impeccable. Thank you. On the other hand, the hostess was very unpleasant and the manager was aggressive. To explain the facts (Since I suspect that with so much bad faith on your part you will manage to respond that you have been absolutely exemplary). When I enter I register. I send my mutual certificate by email. 6:30 p.m. meeting 6:45 p.m. end of appointment for me When it's time to leave, there's a health card problem for me, so I make the advance payment as agreed, it's normal. For my son, it is January 3, I have not yet received the mutual certificate on paper (but the vital card was ok), so it was agreed that I send it by email, which I did when I entered. But the receptionist did not receive it. I therefore ask for the possibility of trying again: The hostess huffs in exasperation. It's 6:48 p.m. And replies "we'll make it as simple as possible, you'll pay in advance and you'll be reimbursed later" in a tone of exasperation. I admit, this kind of reaction really annoyed me and I asked to try again. If the request had been formulated differently, especially more kindly, I would have immediately “cooperated”. Thinking that it was the network, I called a relative to ask them to do so... the hostess managed to cut off the conversation 3 times for a call that didn't even last 1 minute: "madam We’re going to close, we don’t just have to wait.” Still blowing. To which I respond that being in the industry myself, I would never have allowed myself this kind of reflection, especially when closing time has not yet arrived. I suggest that by the time the email is sent, we make the next appointments to avoid wasting their time. It was 6:53 p.m. (since I was trying to send the email, I had my cell phone and therefore the time in front of me). The hostess tells me that she can't do everything at once and waits for me to pay before making appointments. I comply, greatly annoyed by his reaction while remaining polite throughout this interview. The manager comes out of her office and literally attacks me. I may have been insistent, but who doesn't turn away after so much rudeness (the very unpleasant non-verbal language was very present in your secretary's reactions.) I left at 7:01 p.m. You close at 7:00 p.m. If your secretary had left me alone for 1 minute, I would have understood (after a little Google search) that it was the attachment that was too important and I would have tried something else something that would have worked. At 7:50 p.m. I would have been outside. Madam Manager, if you think that I didn't hear your insults when I left, you are wrong. I may have previously had some management courses, but we must not have received the same ones, or even the same education in terms of politeness and courtesy. Best regards.

    This dental center is simply impeccable. Quality professionals. This is the first time that I have not felt any pain during scaling. My children are looked after by Mrs Mol who is great, patient, gentle and reassuring. I highly recommend.

😠 Seul dentiste qui arrive à vous dire qu'il y a un peu trop de travail pour lui et qui vous renvoie chez vous !! Bref, il semble avoir peur de travailler et ne semble pas être à la hauteur ! Finalement je suis bien content de ne pas lui avoir confier mes dents !! Visiblement, mauvaises expériences...
