We’ve just come back from a fabulous holiday in chaletneuf. The chalet was a dream come true. By far the best we’ve stayed in over many years and the pool is just superb Paddy and Gareth thanks for being so helpful- and a pleasure to deal with nothing was a problem …. The experience was 5 star from the moment we arrived. Paddy and the team were waiting with champagne and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble, they catered for all dietary needs buying in special things to make sure we had just what we needed. We all loved food and wine pairing, thoughtful tasty menu everyday. It was hard to go home and cook for ourselves after a week here! The chalet is stunning with panoramic views across the valley. Fab pool that the kids loved. Thanks Paddy, Becks, Gareth and Drew for a holiday we will remember. My advice is book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Just come back from a fabulous one week ski holiday over Christmas. Stayed at Maison Blanche & Verte and had a most wonderful time. Head of chalet Jess was fantastic together with all the staff that work within the chalet. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and they went out of their way to make our holiday special. The chalet was absolutely fantastic, the best we’ve stayed in. Paddy is excellent, always available and had great advice when we were there too. The chalet team were fantastic, friendly, helpful knowledgeable. Food top notch and the wine delicious. Perfect for kids too as they had amazing den beds which mine loved. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing holiday. Accommodation was spectacular. The team went above and beyond to make the whole week a great experience. From ensuring the ski rental was delivered promptly at the beginning of the trip, all the way to ensuring restaurant reservations for lunch and dinner suited our whole family. Looking forward to the next time already!

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday here over new year 2022. The team are simply amazing. We booked the holiday with Paddy and everything was organised ahead of time including ski hire, food preferences, ski passes and transfers. When we arrived at the Chalet everything was perfect. The chalet was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The Manager Jess was there to make sure we were all settled, happy and dinner was prepared. The food is simply delicious. The chefs in the chalet were inventive and created some beautiful dishes, Michelin star quality. They were also very flexible with working around any dislikes or simple and comfort foods for the kids. The staff in the chalet- Wizzy, Bec and Jess are just lovely. Given we were a big group of 14 with differing requirements they were completely flexible with lifts to the ski slopes at different times, nannying for the kids at different times sometimes at late notice and preparing the kids dinner earlier. They were all so kind and we just felt they truly wanted us to have the best holiday and ski experience. We did have ski lessons booked with the suggested ski school ahead of our arrival. This didn’t run smoothly with some confusion over booking times and also instructors that spoke very limited English. However, Paddy and the team worked very hard to resolve this to the best of the ability which we were grateful for. Overall we had the best holiday, we could have done with a little more snow but the chalet itself, the staff, food and facilities were just perfect. We hope to see you again in future.

Hands down, one of our best family holidays! We stayed in Nine & Tenne’s Belle Vache chalet in Chatel for 1 week over our ski vacation. It was the first time we were taking our children on a ski vacation so we were a little nervous about logistics and organising. Everything worked like clockwork from Day 1. The team took care of absolutely everything for us and What I appreciated the most was the hassle-free experience of ski rental, ski passes, booking restaurants etc. The chalet was fantastic and we had all the facilities we needed with the added bonus of an amazing hot tub (we could not get enough of it!) and the most beautiful views from the balconies of our chalet. Paddy, Andy and team thank you for making our first family ski trip a wonderful and unforgettable one. I highly recommend Nine & Tenne without reservation!

Great place, lovely chalet well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the slopes by buss. Had a amazing stay with friends, would definitely come back. Paddy and team took great care of us.
