Actually the worst hair appointment ever. I had reserved the appointment online months in advance. When I was on site, I had my appointment for the following day confirmed again, and a different time was given to me. Ok I thought, luckily I asked... then weeks before the appointment I sent photos of my desired hairstyle via email, Instagram and Facebook. No response.. Nobody speaks English in the salon itself.. I tried to explain that I had already sent photos.. it was just about beach waves.. the lady who did my hair seemed overwhelmed and didn't seem to know exactly how you do beach waves with the straightening iron.. She started to smear oil into my hair and then used the straightening iron.. terrible! She pulled my hair so hard, I pointed out to her that I had tapes and that she shouldn't pull it like that. I also spoke French because, as I said, no one there could speak English. The beach waves were a disaster!! I kept saying that this didn't look like the photo shown.. the lady kept smiling and carrying on. I left this salon angry with lousy beach waves (everything else but no beach waves) and €30 poorer. In my opinion, a 4.7 star rating is incomprehensible. Addendum: Your response to the criticism is lousy and just plain unprofessional! In fact, my experience with you seems like a joke, a bad joke. Positive feedback and only 4 plus stars are praised and raved about. But constructive criticism is not taken seriously, which is a shame.

I came to this salon with my mother, my mother had no problem, very nice cut made by the man present. For my part, I hated having my hair done by the hairdresser present today, it was difficult to understand her which was not reassuring at all, and she was not at all able to achieve the cut I asked for after leaving the photo in front of his eyes the whole time, I left the living room crying.

Then, I explained my haircut desires to Chloé, I never really get what I ask for, but this time I must admit that Chloé was very attentive to good advice... that continues on a note very positive… The time comes for the cut, it was very diligent, very precise and delicate, followed by the smoothing… The result is more than perfect, I finally have the cut I've wanted for so long! 🤩 So you can go to this salon with your eyes closed, good vibes, attentive, kind, professional!!!
