Very very poor customer service

Having purchased a dressing room for €380, I expected unbeatable value for money. However, if you follow the instructions carefully, the materials are catastrophic, it is impossible to straighten the dressing room, everything falls out. The “wood” cracks directly. This is unacceptable. By contacting customer service, no listening and understanding of this inconvenience, the package must be repacked on my time and no refund before receipt of the product. I am outraged, I will NEVER make my purchases with La Redoute again and I will not fail to inform those around me about this. In addition, no commercial gesture and pitiful responsiveness

Hello, 2 months ago, I bought an exhibition rug at the Grenoble redoute (in the premises of Galeries Lafayette), the value was 439.99 e sold for 265 e, I picked it up today, lying loose in a corner, not packaged and not even cleaned at all (even though it was supposed to be), nor even vacuumed which would have been a minimum because of many people had walked on it during its exhibition, So I left with this carpet, which I paid for 265 e, with the impression of getting it from a wild dump!! I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed with the way customers seem to be treated and I wanted to let you know. Françoise

Pay attention to the origin of the products which is often hidden, particularly on their website. Comments mentioning made in China are systematically censored, making it difficult to make an informed choice.
