    This hotel was definitely not the best hotel experience, but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. The reviews for this place seemed pretty catastrophic but I thought to myself that I would give it a try, since it was so much cheaper then the other options I had. The hallways were pretty smelly but my room was actually pretty clean and had a working AC which was pretty surprising! Tho keep in mind that the location was pretty terrible, since there were literally no place for me to eat and I had to walk all the way to the airport to find something. I think that if you are looking for a place to stay for a single night, this place is not bad, but if not I do not recommend.

    I am giving one star,only because you can't give zero. This hotel is terrible. We booked 4 person apartmant,it has only three beds. One is not even a bed,it is a sofa. Then we had to book another two bed apartmant. There is no hot water in one of two apartments,parking for car you have to pay extra,and they have braking in a cars very often. Breakfast is not enough for 5 year old kid. Rooms are not clean,very thick walls,who ever talk in 2 rooms next to yours,you can hear. This is place in which you can come only once,by mistake. Terrible, terrible. Not worth a 1 cent.

    Although the place was very clean and efficiently equipped! There is no help if you arrive late or leave early. We called from the airport for the shuttle and we were hung up on😳We needed help in getting a taxi and there was no front desk! We called the help line but still no help. I will probably stay at the Golden Tulip around the corner, their front desk saved our morning....

    The only good thing about this place was the receptionist. Filthy floors in the room, no internet, no free airport shuttle (which had been advertised - add 17-20 Euros for taxis there and back) and unfortunately for them, roadworks all around that you have to walk through to get to the nearest eating place.

    If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport, avoid this one at all costs. Our booking never went through and no one notified us. We arrived around 11pm and there was no staff. It took about an hour to get our rooms and they gave us the wrong ones. The rooms we were placed in were absolutely disgusting with holes in the walls and doors, stains on the walls, and water on the floor. Don't even try to turn the AC on as they don't work. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I don't wish this experience on anyone.

    IN the whole just ok according the price you pay .clean , Staffvery efficient kind and help full .pay attention to detail... no light bulbs in my room light just in the corridor and in the batroom . Ok to stay just one or two night very close and co,fortable for the airport near by

    The hotel is near the train station Vitrolles. Also in front of the aeroport but you're recommanded taking the bus 13 to get u there. The appart is well equiped (kitchenette, bathroom, bed, desk, table&chair) conveniently for your stay. The only turn off was that the floor wasn't cleaned well otherwise the sheets and towels were clean. The service team is very interactive. NB: If you plan to come here late (after 8pm) you should contact them before, to get u the keys booked in a safe box when arriving because the reception closes at that time.

    avoid late arrival past 21h at all cost!! we paid all our fees in advance. on the day they asked us to pay AN EXTRA FEE for “late arrival” past the reception time which we did on line . (why on earth would you even do that??) we arrived at the hotel at 23:00, they had sent us the codes to get in the hotel and the room number but forgot to give us the one critical code which is the LOCKER to get our key AFTER reception closes (then why pay extra fee???) to make it worse we tried to call the number “to get your key after working hours” 5 times when we arrived . turned out i was told that they were ASLEEP even though i paid for late arrival up to midnight. i’ve been in the worst hotels in the USA and yet had better automated reception with computers that did it all for you. the setting at this place is MEDIEVAL. clearly the reception is base on trusting individuals doing their jobs allowing no room whatsoever for human error , which in my opinion is very poor leadership, management and putting unnecessary pressure on a poor employee somewhere out there being paid very little for their work, no doubt. after half an hour of anxiety in the hotel i ran into the handy man who was super nice and got us into our room WITH HIS OWN KEY. we had no key of our own and if it wasn’t for his kindness we would have spent the night on a public bench. he tried himself to call management without success and did all he could and i’m grateful for that. no customer should have to go through this. no employee of an organisation with “hundreds of destinations” on its portfolio across France should put their employees under such pressure. i gave the second star only to acknowledge the lovely handyman that came to our rescue, the fact that the hotel was quiet at night, the shower was warm and that the blinds were black-out enough for my taste. but otherwise i’ll never come back, poor management.

    This hotel is best represented by a highly exceptional receptionist Zineb. Everything went fine with our stay and Zineb has been very assisting and easily communicated with us in English as we didn't know French. I highly recommend this hotel, its very affordable within the budget, accessible, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

    I don't know what happened, but you cancelled my reservation, my friend Aurelian did the reservation in same day with my card and didn't have problem, The days before I had reservation with the same card for otherhotels, and no problem. OK,you sent me a email to solve the problem but I was in Monaco with no Internet. ...

    Immensely disappointed by this hotel, as our booking was cancelled while we were enroute with no explanation, no customer service available or a solution. They have also ignored my attempts to contact them for an explanation. Would not recommend.

    If I can give 0 I will definitely put 0 , I never have this bad experience in my life , if u alreday booked one room and when u arrive there at night tell u the room is not available, so it’s means u should go to find other room even u alreday paid it , and they alreday recive money. If you don’t have availability room for tonight , so u shouldn’t tell us to pay it . Fr I never had this experience, so if u don’t wanna bad experience so don’t come here and book here

    Worst hotel. AC was extremely noisy, bed was uncomfortable and only 1 pillow, shower head was broken. Floor is tiled and dirty. Breakfast was very simple and no taste.
