(Translated by Google) Yes, I am already satisfied with the welcome given to us by all the members of staff, but also and above all by the medical team, who are very attentive and by all the care given to us. The premises are also spacious and clean. And doctor is an extremely friendly but also competent and attentive doctor.

(Translated by Google) Excellent welcome in the outpatient endoscopy department. The intervention went very well. The snack is very light (coffee, small piece of bread with small tablet of butter and jam); Plan something to eat a little after the intervention.

(Translated by Google) Disastrous reception in the emergency room. This clinic claims to be private but is above all deprived of humanity. The emergency room lady is terrible with ALL patients. We are treated like cattle. This famous lady has no tact and thinks everyone has time to waste in the ER on a Sunday. If your job annoys you, stop everything. A clinic to be banned. Catastrophic emergency room. Run away and fall back on the public or other other clinics.

Excellent. Very quick service. Did a CAT Scan and results in an hour. Private Hospital. Whole visit cost around $200 with iv pain meds, cat scan, doctor consult. Very thorough and very very nice. Compared to Univ De NIce Hospital this one is much nicer although the level of care is similar except Univ of Nice did not do scan which is why I went to Clinique . Wasn't comfortable with a diagnosis without any scans.

Worst medical experience of my life. I came in at 3am having lost feeling on the right side of my body, very scared and almost in tears as I explained. The man very callously told me “No,” that I had to go to another hospital, and while I waited just minutes for an uber, he SHOOED me away, and told me I had to wait outside on the dark street. In one of my most terrifying moments, I endured pure cruelty on the part of that man. I will never forget it.

Any hospital in any major country. Regardless of location. Where the reception cannot speak English! Or interact with me. Useless.

(Translated by Google) Emergency passage DEPLORABLE. Only the young man at the reception was very welcoming. The doctor on the other hand should practice elsewhere, but especially not in a sector where patients consult for an urgent pathology and are rather anxious. I spent 40 years in the hospital and rarely saw a doctor talk to a patient like that. I was not the only victim of his verbal assault because from the waiting room I heard him speak very violently to an accompanying person. Such behavior is unacceptable in a care facility (Original) Passage aux urgences DÉPLORABLE.

Shocking experience at this clinic. I live close by - and when a visiting elderly friend, with full private travel insurance with HSBC, suddenly developed acute abdominal pain, I took him to emergency here. The emergency room was empty. The reception staff and the duty doctor were extremely hostile and refused to examine my friend. They told us to go to the public Pasteur hospital on the other side of Nice - despite the HSBC insurers agreeing to pay for treatment, opening an insurance claim, and confirming this to the duty doctor on the phone. I eventually managed to call an Uber (the clinic area is in a black hole for mobile reception) while my friend writhed in agony. At the Pasteur he was treated quickly and effectively for renal colic (a kidney stone). I have written to the Parc Imperial asking for an explanation, but have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement. Avoid this place at all costs. Go straight to the Pasteur for compassionate and professional service.

Good practioners Apaulling administration Dreadfull customer service I went to the Clinic to consult a doctor for a sore wrist. On time, very good handling, very good listening skills and explanations of potential problems with the wrist. He ordered further exams: radio images and arthro-scanner of the wrist. I follow up by phone in order to organize the 2 exams for the same day at the Clinic as I live 30km away. The said day the first appointment with the Radiology Dept. goes well. After that I have to wait for 2 hours for the next appointment. When I go to the Scanner Dept. I am told 1/ that this not the right Dept. for an arthro-scanner 2/ that I have to go to the Radiology Dept. and 3/ that I miss anyway the prescription for the products that are needed for the exam… How am I supposed to know that an arthro-scanner exam is actually performed at the Radiology Dept. and not with the Scanner dept?!!! When I go back to the Radiology Dept. and express my discontentment about the lousy organization of the Clinic I am told « well, not a big deal at the end of the day.., one has to learn new things every day ». It just cost me 60km back and forth, plus toll, plus petrol and half a day of my time. When I eventually get the whole prescription for the producs needed for the arthro-scanner exam I also ask for an appointment. Which is scheduled 3 weeks after. But when leaving the secretary tells me that «well, this is not a firm appointment because the plannings are not knowned yet.., we will call you later to get it confirmed ». When I ask when I will get the confirmation call the answer is «not sure when, you will see »…

Staff kind and helpful even with language barrier. However unfortunately I was not able to be seen there for my fractured wrist as despite signs saying 24/7 emergency and a sign outside saying 24h imaging, there was no X-ray services available on a Saturday.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Clinique du Parc Imperial emergency room on a late night at 1 am. I was in excruciating pain and desperately seeking help, but my encounter with the reception staff left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the clinic was understaffed and ill-prepared to handle emergencies. The waiting room was packed with patients, and there seemed to be a general sense of chaos. Despite the overwhelming number of people in pain, the receptionist appeared indifferent and lacked any empathy towards the situation. The first issue arose when the receptionist bombarded me with a barrage of unnecessary questions. I understand the importance of gathering patient information, but in the context of an emergency, one would expect more urgency and compassion. Instead, I was asked mundane details, such as my address and phone number, before even being allowed to sit down. The lack of promptness and the seemingly endless wait time added to my distress. I could see other patients in discomfort and frustration, making the already tense atmosphere even more unbearable. Moreover, there was little communication from the staff about the estimated waiting time or the triage process. When I finally saw a healthcare professional, I had expected a more thorough and attentive evaluation. However, I was met with a rushed examination that barely addressed my concerns. It felt like I was treated as just another number in the queue, rather than a person in pain seeking help. To make matters worse, the clinic lacked proper facilities and amenities for patients. The waiting area was cramped, unclean, and had limited seating options, which only exacerbated the stress of the situation. In such a critical environment, I had hoped for a team of healthcare professionals who would prioritize patient care and demonstrate empathy towards those in distress. Unfortunately, my experience at the Clinique du Parc Imperial emergency room proved otherwise. I urge the clinic management to address these shortcomings promptly and take measures to improve their emergency care services. Patients in distress deserve prompt and compassionate attention, especially during late-night emergencies. As it stands, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking immediate medical assistance. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the clinic to reevaluate its practices and implement changes that prioritize patient well-being over bureaucratic procedures. Emergency healthcare should never be compromised, and it is crucial for this clinic to step up its efforts in providing the care its patients deserve. EDIT: I just want to let you know. that you are not the only private establishment with emergency service, I found a better one 5 km away.!

Great experience, friendly front desk and doctors. It’s a private clinic well maintained, clean and not crowded. I went to emergency room thinking I broke my arm after an accident. There was almost no wait time. Xray with printed images took 15 minutes and doctor was very good, treated my arm and prescribed medication and gave me instructions how to heal. Everyone spoke English. If you ever need emergency visit in Nice don’t hesitate to go here.

We were visiting Nice on vacation June /July 2019 and my son woke up with fever and an earache .I called the clinic at 6.00 am that morning and was able to speak with DrMagde(?spelling) in English. He was knowledgable and welcoming .We reached there and saw the doctor who had come on that morning Dr.Herve Cael.He too was excellent as well as the reception staff and the medical assistant. They examined my son , prescribed him meds and took the time to direct us to a 24 hour pharmacy as it was Sunday. All in all we had a very positive experience and I would recommend them. They were fast and efficient and knew their work. I have been at Clinique du Parc Imperial for an Endoscopy. Everything was perfect except the waiting time. I had the appointment at 9 o'clock in the morning, when they took me to the endoscopy room it was 12 o'clock. 3 hours of waiting time is too much. In my opinion they should aarange the appointments in a different way so that people dont waste their time waiting.
