I cannot give more stars to a laboratory that mistreats its secretaries so much. In the past, this laboratory was quick in both results and treatment. From now on the wait is extremely long.. the patients are just simple numbers that we call on a table (which are not in order to avoid seeing the wait, often 1 hour..). The day I went there... remarkable surprise of a man without tact passing in front of everyone and attacking the poor secretaries at reception. Unfortunately, tragedy had to happen and a fight broke out in the middle of a waiting room crowded with children, pregnant women and the elderly for a manager to finally deign to come! The poor secretaries (very friendly and professional!!) are understaffed... this becomes abuse. They are insulted, rushed, worn out by patients every day! We should not be surprised to have work stoppages in conditions like this.. Let's talk about the results.. A lot of waiting to get them.. Simple PCR tests done in the morning, with results received the next evening with luck.. for my part a few months ago I had to wait 3 days a test result (D-day of my operation it was the anesthetist who had to call to get the results because they were wrong and everything went to Montpellier with the rest of my analyzes..) In short, the hospital labs or the one opposite Auchan are much more competent and responsive. What a shame for Labosud to expand but to neglect the quality of its services as well as the health of its employees..
