I
see
myself
as
a
difficult
customer.
In
the
meantime
I
have
experience
with
implants
and
have
now
been
to
doctors,
who
each
gave
me
one.
I
always
dealt
with
"butchers",
or
with
usurers.
When
it
was
time
to
have
another
implant
placed,
I
swore
to
myself
that
I
would
no
longer
go
to
the
"butchers"
or
to
the
usurers.
The
"butcher"
is
of
course
a
matter
of
trust
and
is
difficult
to
assess
beforehand.
That
with
the
usurers
can
be
determined
at
the
latest
in
the
treatment
and
cost
plan.
Living
between
Mannheim
and
Karlsruhe,
I
went
on
a
search
and
had
appointments
with
3
other
implantologists
who
seemed
to
me
suitable
from
the
recessions.
I
was
in
Speyer,
Mannheim,
and
Karlsruhe,
and
all
of
them
had
the
usual
"show".
Advice
and
a
multi-level
plan
of
what
should
be
observed.
Medical
and
cost
plans,
absolutely
overpriced,
with
items
that
were
completely
out
of
thin
air
and
unnecessary.
All
the
doctors
have
taken
money
from
me
in
the
treatment
and
cost
plans.
In
addition,
there
was
always
an
insane
waiting
time
with
all
doctors.
Finally,
I
visited
Dr.
Aksogan.
As
a
so-called
organic
German,
I
initially
had
a
bit
of
concern
about
whether
this
doctor
would
have
the
same
competence
as
the
other
doctors,
which
is
of
course
complete
nonsense,
because
the
only
thing
Dr.
Aksogan
differs
from
the
doctors
with
a
German
name
is
that
he
has
Turkish
parents.
Otherwise,
of
course,
he
has
completed
the
same
studies
as
his
colleagues
with
a
German
name.
My
first
impression:
a
large
number
of
Turkish
patients
sit
in
the
waiting
room.
It's
kind
of
logical,
because
just
as
Germans
tend
to
trust
a
doctor
with
a
German
name,
Turks
tend
to
trust
a
doctor
with
a
Turkish
name.
The
staff
is
very
friendly
and
laughs
a
lot.
The
young
trainees
in
particular
seem
to
have
fun
at
work.
Dr.
Aksogan:
is
a
very
friendly,
informal,
free-from-the-liver
speaking
doctor
in
his
40s.
He
is
able
to
immediately
build
a
relationship
of
trust
and
make
the
patient
feel
good.
He
looked
at
my
teeth
and
said
that
bone
grafting
was
not
necessary,
made
me
an
oral
offer
which
I
couldn't
refuse,
and
2
weeks
later
I
had
an
appointment
to
place
the
implant.
The
offer
was
absolutely
top
value
for
money.
This
is
because
Dr.
Aksogan
has
its
own
dental
laboratory
and
can
therefore
produce
its
own
teeth.
To
explain:
Usually
the
implant
is
placed,
then
you
go
back
to
your
normal
dentist
or
stay
with
the
implantologist.
The
doctor
then
takes
an
impression
and
then
has
the
implant
crown
made
by
a
dental
laboratory.
Everyone
wants
to
earn
money
from
it
again.
If
everything
is
made
in-house,
this
naturally
has
a
significant
impact
on
the
price.
Day
of
the
"operation":
I
was
always
presented
with
an
enormous
show
by
the
previous
doctors,
with
green
complete
surgical
suits,
green
body
cover
with
a
hole
in
the
mouth,
several
assistants,
etc.,
said
Dr.
Aksogan
said
he
would
now
make
a
small
incision,
expose
the
bone,
place
the
implant,
and
sew
it
up
again.
1.
Huge
plus
point
for
the
Doc:
He
injects
without
you
noticing.
I
didn't
even
notice
the
spades.
Hammer!!!
2.
A
huge
plus,
he
gets
to
work,
and
a
quarter
of
an
hour
later
it
was
all
over.
3.
Huge
plus
point:
Its
implants
do
not
require
any
further
surgical
intervention,
with
an
innovative
button
procedure,
the
implant
sticks
out
of
the
gum
so
that
the
"button"
is
removed
after
the
complete
healing
process
without
the
implant
having
to
be
exposed
again,
i.e.
that
Gums
have
to
be
cut
open
again
to
screw
the
crown
on!
4th
plus
point.
I
only
needed
a
painkiller
after
the
anesthetic
had
worn
off.
This
indicates
a
careful
way
of
working:
no
"butcher".
Only
Dr.
Aksogan!
(Original)
Ich
sehe
mich
selbst
als
schwierigen
Kunden.
Inzwischen
habe
ich
Erfahrungen
mit
Implantaten
und
war
nunmehr
bei
Ärzten,
welche
mir
jeweils
eins
verpasst
haben.
Immer
hatte
ich
es
mit
"Metzgern"
zu
tun,
oder
eben
auch
mit
Wucherern.
Als
es
wieder
soweit
war,
ein
weiters
Implantat
setzen
zu
lassen,
hatte
ich
mir
geschworen,
ich
werde
nicht
mehr
zu
den
"Metzgern"
und
auch
nicht
mehr
zu
den
Wucherern
gehen.
Das
mit
dem
"Metzger"
ist
natürlich
Vertrauenssache
und
kann
man
vorher
schlecht
einschätzen.
Das
mit
den
Wucherern
stellt
man
spätestens
beim
Heil-
und
Kostenplan
fest.
Zwischen
Mannheim
und
Karlsruhe
lebend,
ging
ich
auf
die
Suche
und
hatte
Termine
bei
3
weiteren
Implantologen,
welche
mir
von
den
Rezessionen
geeignet
schienen.
Ich
war
in
Speyer,
in
Mannheim,
und
in
Karlsruhe,
und
bei
allen
gab
es
die
übliche
"Show".
Beratung
und
einen
mehrstufigen
Plan
was
alles
zu
beachten
wäre.
Heil-und
Kostenpläne,
absolut
überteuert,
mit
Positionen,
die
völlig
aus
der
Luft
gegriffen
waren,
und
unnötig.
Sämtliche
Ärzte
haben
bei
den
Heil-
und
Kostenplänen
Geld
bei
mir
abgegriffen.
Außerdem
gab
es
bei
allen
Ärzten
immer
eine
wahnsinnige
Wartezeit.
Schließlich
besuchte
ich
die
Praxis
von
Dr.
Aksogan.
Als
sogenannter
Bio-Deutscher,
hatte
ich
zunächst
ein
wenig
bedenken,
ob
dieser
Arzt
die
gleiche
Kompetenz
haben
würde,
wie
die
anderen
Ärzte,
was
natürlich
vollständiger
Quatsch
ist,
denn
das
Einzige
was
Dr.
Aksogan
von
den
Ärzten
mit
Deutschem
Namen
unterscheidet
ist,
dass
er
Türkische
Eltern
hat.
Ansonsten
hat
er
natürlich
das
gleiche
Studium
hinter
sich,
wie
seine
Kollegen
mit
Deutschem
Namen.
Mein
erster
Eindruck:
Im
Wartezimmer
sitzt
ein
großer
Anteil
an
Türkischen
Patienten.
Ist
irgendwie
auch
logisch,
denn
genauso
wie
die
Deutschen
eher
einem
Arzt
mit
Deutschem
Namen
vertrauen,
vertrauen
Türken
eher
einem
Arzt
mit
Türkischem
Namen.
Das
Personal
ist
sehr
freundlich
und
lacht
viel.
Besonders
die
jungen
Auszubildenden
scheinen
Spass
bei
der
Arbeit
zu
haben.
Dr.
Aksogan:
ist
ein
sehr
freundlicher
ungezwungener
-
frei-von-der-Leber
weg
sprechender
Arzt
in
den
mit-40ern.
Er
ist
in
der
Lage
sofort
ein
Vertrauensverhältnis
aufzubauen
und
dem
Patienten
ein
gutes
Gefühl
zu
geben.
Er
schaute
sich
mein
Gebiss
an,
und
meinte,
dass
Knochenaufbau
nicht
nötig
wäre,
machte
mir
ein
mündliches
Angebot
was
ich
nicht
abschlagen
konnte,
und
2
Wochen
später
hatte
ich
einen
Termin
zum
setzen
des
Implantates.
Das
Angebot
war
absolut
Top
vom
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Dies
liegt
daran,
dass
Dr.
Aksogan,
selbst
ein
Zahntechnisches
Labor
hat,
und
die
Zähne
somit
selbst
herstellen
kann.
Zur
Erklärung:
Normalerweise
wird
das
Implantat
gesetzt,
dann
geht
man
zurück
zu
seinem
normalen
Zahnarzt,
oder
bleibt
beim
Implantologen.
Der
Arzt
nimmt
dann
einen
Abdruck,
und
lässt
dann
die
Implantatskrone
bei
einem
Zahnlabor
anfertigen.
Alle
wollen
daran
nochmal
verdienen.
Wird
alles
im
Hause
angefertigt,
wirkt
sich
dies
natürlich
erheblich
beim
Preis
aus.
Tag
der
"Operation":
Wurde
mir
bei
den
vorherigen
Ärzten
immer
eine
ernorme
Show
geboten,
mit
grünen
OP-komplett-Anzügen,
grüne
Körperabdeckung
mit
Loch
im
Mundbereich,
mehreren
Assistenten
usw.,
teilte
mir
Dr.
Aksogan
mit,
er
werde
jetzt
einen
kleinen
Schnitt
machen,
den
Knochen
frei
legen,
das
Implantat
setzen,
und
wieder
zunähen.
1.
riesiger
Pluspunkt
für
den
Doc:
Er
setzt
spritzen,
ohne
das
man
dies
merkt.
Nicht
einmal
den
Piks
habe
ich
gemerkt.
Hammer!!!
2.
riesiger
Pluspunkt,
er
geht
ans
Werk,
und
eine
viertel
Stunde
später
war
alles
vorbei.
3.
riesiger
Pluspunkt:
Seine
Implantate,
benötigen
keinen
weiteren
chirogischen
Eingriff,
mit
innovativem
Knopfverfahren,
steckt
das
Implantat
aus
dem
Zahnfleisch
heraus,
sodass
nach
der
kompletten
Abheilung
der
"Knopf"
entfernt
wird,
ohne,
dass
das
IMplantat
nochmals
freigelegt
werden
muss,
sprich
das
Zahnfleisch
wieder
aufgeschnitten
werden
muss
um
die
Krone
drauf
zu
schrauben!
4.
Pluspunkt.
Ich
benötigte
nur
eine
Schmerztablette
nach
abklingen
der
Betäubungsspritze.
Das
weisst
auf
behutsame
Arbeitsweise
hin:
kein
"Metzger".
Nur
noch
Dr.
Aksogan
!
