Kaufland
is
one
of
the
bigger
and
more
expensive
stores
in
Germany
but
in
general,
they
have
a
wide
variety
of
foods
and
stock
specialist
items
like
gluten
and
dairy
free.
Frankfurt's
Kaufland
is
pretty
much
the
same
as
most
Kauflands
I've
seen
around
Germany
-
well
stocked
with
good
quality
fresh
food,
well
maintained
fridge
and
freezer
section
and
areas
for
non
food
shopping
like
a
toy
isle,
home
goods
etc.
You
can
find
most
items
for
weekly
shopping
in
this
store
and
it's
right
next
to
clothing,
shoe
and
habidashery
stores
so
everything
is
in
one
place.
The
only
complaint
I
have
about
this
store
is
that
the
cashiers
are
always
overrun
because
generally,
there
just
aren't
enough
cashiers
on
at
once
and
there
is
no
self
service,
so
no
option
but
to
wait
in
very
long
queues.
