We went for a special Friday evening dinner to oceans. Overall, it was a good experience and the seafood I can recommend. I would suggest using the reservation system because it is not a big restaurant. Details The entrance is a bit weird because I first went straight thru the door with the big letters oceans, but that was wrong. It's the smaller door on the right. But well, maybe it's my fault. It took quite some time before we got the menu, and the first water was also a bit delayed. Everything is acceptable but I would like to mention that because it is not a big restaurant. For snack/appetizers at the beginning, we got some bread and beetroot paste. I experienced some amazing fresh and tasty bread in other restaurants at the same price category, so the bread we got was a bit disappointing. The beetroot paste was okay, but also, I am also not a big fan of that vegetable. We started with entrées. On the special menu, there was grilled octopus, and from the main menu, we got grilled mini calamari pieces. Both were really good and nicely spiced. Can totally recommend the octopus. For the main dish, we had surf & turf and duet of sea bream and loup de mer. Meat was medium-rare, and I think they nailed it. The sea bream was a bit try, maybe because it was really thin. Otherwise, we liked the big lemon that came with the dishes. Often, you just get a tiny piece. And again, also here, the spices were on point. The service was great from start till finish. They really cared and really listened. Checked often if everything was ok (but not so often that it was annoying). Friendly and helpful. 5/5 Again, check it out if you like seafood and some good wine.

+: The atmosphere was nice outside, the scampi and scallops starters were tasty. Waitress has a nice attitude. -: the waitress brought us the wrong water (we ordered still water and she got us sparkling water), and then she brought the wrong beverages to my friends; the food was also medium quality with poor quality choice of vegetables; my friend ordered sea bass and the fish came out with its intestines in it still, the chef came out and said ‘sorry, it happens sometimes.’ At the end, we’ve got our bill with multiple wrong items on it (overcharged). Overall, we felt bad about the experience, but at least the people there had good attitudes.

Sensationelle Fischspezialitäten. Wir hatten Austern, Octopus und Languste. Alles super lecker. Auch die Beilagen mit Gemüse, Salat, Guacamole und Knobi-Butter waren klasse. Allerdings sollte man 30min extra einplanen für die Parkplatzsuche ;). Und auch der Service war exzellent.

Very nice restaurant, fresh seafood, tender steak, beautiful wine, and hospitality staff. I took 2 different customers this week and both were over the moon. Definitely come back when I return to Frankfurt.

Schöne Einrichtung, nur wenige Gehminuten von der UBahn, entspannte Atmosphäre mit guter Hintergrundmusik, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service! Essen überzeugte uns leider nicht ganz, vielleicht doch eher etwas für wahre Meeresfrüchte Kenner. Wir hatten zum Start Yellow Fin Tunatartar (sehr lecker!) und Gambas in Knoblauch Chilli Öl (sehr simpel, nicht besonders, kaum Geschmack). Als Hauptspeise aßen wir die Scampi Chilli Pasta (etwas trocken, auch kaum Geschmack) und den Schwertfisch (lecker!). Als Dessert dann Mango Tiramisu (Highlight!) und Cheesecake im Glas (lecker, aber mit Schokoladenboden, schmeckte mir persönlich nicht so gut). Preis für 2 Personen, 3 Gänge, 2 alkoholische Getränke und eine Flasche Wasser = ca. 110€.

Excellent seafood restaurant, very surprising considering Frankfurt isn't necessarily near a large body of water. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. The fish is remarkably fresh and definitely worth visiting. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and spread available.

Tonight I experienced the Oceans pulpo salad and it was in fact amazing! The salad was fruitful including feta cheese, avocado, salad, berries, pomegranate seeds etc. and a crispy and soft pulpo tentacle, which was a fantastic combination. Beforehand, they served really tasty ciabatta bread and high quality olive oil. The service was good and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and with an elegant design. I can highly recommend this place.

This is a small and cosy restaurant, that serves 90% seafood in all variants. You cannot compare it to a normal restaurant, where you also get fish. Fish is their passion, the mixed plate as a starter was awesome and I had the pasta with mixed seafood, yummy !!! I really can recommend it. In addition the service was really good! For those of you, who check the restrooms first, I can say: TOP !

I love seafood and this restaurant was perfect for my taste, we ordered the swordfish steak, the seafood spaghetti and the grilled octopus 🐙, all was DELICIOUS, would definitely recommend if you are a seafood person 👍🏼

The place is very nice and cozy.. Perfect for a hangout with friends or a date. It's a bit smaller than I though but that wasn't negative at all. Our order came in about 40 mins. but we were a group of 6 and had a relatively big order so that's acceptable. The waiters are very friendly especially Dennis who was very patient and explained the menu to us as we did not speak german. I tried the beyond burger and it was the best vegan burger I've ever had... The bun was not really fresh but everything else was perfect. I appreciate the vegan option and would love to have a wider variety. The only negative comment is the lobster was a bit dry and stuck to the skin. The prices are a bit higher than average but you indeed get a nice service in return. All in all a nice experience and the place is perfect for events or parties.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und durften trotzdem schon rein, obwohl wir paar Minuten vor Öffnung da waren. Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Die Beilage finde ich, könnte etwas mehr sein. Aber man konzentriert sich hier auf das wesentliche. Und das ist hier der Fisch. Also so ein tollen Schwertfisch (mein Lieblingsfisch) hab ich so noch nicht gegessen. War Butterzart und saftig (wohl gedünstet anstatt gebraten). Auch das Thunfischmedallion in Sesammantel war sehr lecker. Der Kellner hat zu jedem gebrachten Gericht, kurz darauf gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dass ist sehr aufmerksam und zeigt Interesse, ob wirklich alles ok ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Dessertkarte gibt es nur vor Ort einzusehen. Auch sehr leckere Sachen darauf. Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hidden pearl in the City. One of my top seafood resturants in Frankfurt. The whole menu is delicious, and the wine is all on point.I do urge you to try the mango tiramisu !♡♡ so so gooddd.. beautiful outdoor seating. Very romantic and the servers are very friendly. I came late for dinner and they didn't rush me to finish quick. Very kind

Schönes Ambiente, tolle Gastgeber und hervorragendes Essen. Der Auberginensalat war einfach fantastisch. Der gegrillte Octopus und der Thunfisch im Sesammantel als Hauptgerichte waren ebenfalls grandios. Absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder wenn wir in Frankfurt sind.

Really good food - the octopus and calamari were what I had - good service, nice ambiance. The prices were on par with what you'll find in the West End. Overall an excellent experience!

We visited the restaurant as a large group of 46 people. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were outstanding, with everything arriving on time and no errors in our orders. The dishes, including my fish and my husband’s steak, were very tasty, and the environment was cozy. We look fwd to returning soon.

The place was nice, romantic, and most importantly the waiter that served us was extremely polite and friendly. The food was fine and overall I enjoyed the evening with my date.

I was there for an amazing dinner for St. Valentine's day. Fish, seafood, steak, welcome drinks... Everything was fantastic! They took even about love vibe - red balloons were everywhere. Strongly recommend! Definitely will go there more. P.S. we also love mushrooms pasta :))))

The most delicious octopus and salad I have even had! I think I could easily eat this all week! Will definitely be back for more 👌🏼

Delicious food in a relaxing ambience with a very nice and patient stuff.

Lovely cosy atmosphere. Everything was absolutely delicious. The grilled calamari was butter soft. I then had the sea bass as a main and it was out of this world. Crispy skin and the most tender meat inside. I had chocolate soufflé for dessert and it was perfect. We had a chat with the owner who's been there for nearly 10 years. He was a great guy and made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely be back again.

We've in Frankfurt for about a week and this place is absolutely the best restaurant we've been to. ABSOLUTELY fabulous!!!
