Tried to get an old watched fixed. They said it would cost 14,99€ to change the battery and 12,99€ to tighten the wristband. After 5minutes the salesman came back and said he changed the battery but the watch would not work. He also changed the wristband - from a broken watch at that point. If I do this job I would see it as a requirement to inform the customer if the watch is broken anyway. Why charge than 13€ for a service that is not needed. Total disapointment.

I repaired my Armani watch at Christ Skyline Plaza. Although I didn't buy the watch from them, the experience was just wonderful. They helped me getting my watch ealier than the scheduled date, they were available to help either by phone or at the shop and they were super friendly all the time.
