😠 I have visited Bucherer in Interlaken, Lucerne and Paris and the store in Frankfurt is by far the worse. It is plainly obvious that the staff there doesn't welcome Asian. They are unfriendly, arrogant and look past you like you don't exist. I was looking for a manager Bie Luca (something like that)...

😠 Terrible customer service. The women look like they have never smiled their lives. Very cold and unwelcoming, rude and don't really care about helping you. I had to go visit their store 5 times for 1 ring. They treat you like you're beneath them. Avoid this place!
