This airport Medical Center owed my pre-paid corona-test money (almost 600 EUR) and did not respond after my many requests of refund for almost 8 months. Be careful when you want to book a test and pre-pay the money. Anyone had same experience so we can work on this issue together, even by legal procedure! ----------------------------------------------------------- Updates: now it has been a whole year before they could even respond. ----------------------------------------------------------- Updates: Finally received my money back on Jan-13th, more than a year after the refund was requested. 10 eur each booking was deducted for 'processing fee' - 50 eur in total for me. But this is something was NOT there in the terms when I booked the test and they helped themselves.

A little bit difficult to find: When you are at Terminal 1 Arrivals, just follow the signs for emergency/medicial center (do not follow the signs for covid-19 test center). Apart from that, extremly friendly staff. Quick and really uncomplicated. It is a little bit pricier than the other test center at the airport. They also fill out the Covid form for entering Japan. I can recommend.

298€ and what do you get for so much money? Our appointment for igm test was at 13 o'clock. We go there earlier, we don't like to be late. There we meet people who have an appointment for testing at 11 o'clock still waiting in the line. On a hot summer day 31°C standing more than 4 hours in a line without anything to drink or a toilet. The employees from the medical center was very friendly and the doctor was fast and good. The really big problem is the organisation from fraport. They just interrested in receiving the money but didn't like to have a look to the health of the people who pay that money. In medieval there was people hold some slaves under better conditions, but here you have to pay for it.

Very very inefficient! There are 4 people who have the same appointment time in every time slot. The agency’s appointment system is very problematic!. I have been waiting for 3 hours and it is not my turn yet. I thought the efficiency of Italy was slow enough. This stupid institution was even worse！

Even if you make an online reservation for covid test and book a time, the doctor is not there and you might end up waiting for 2,5 hours for the doctor to arrive 😒 There was one super friendly staff member, but the others were almost rude.

Dear visitors to the Airport Medical Center, in preparation of a major business trip to China of a team member from Slowenia, I had some specific quesitons regarding the testing for transit passengers. Cornelia Neese from the Frankfurt Medical Center spent a long time on the phone with me to clarify everything. She even managed to get hold of a doctor to double check some informations. Quite amazing experience. I was having sneezing and a bit difficult to breathe. And I spent a few casual conversation with doctor. And she figured out I had a headache and pain on my cheeks, around eyes. It was sinusitis and severe ear block. Never experienced before that I had no idea of consequences if I flew out on time. She saved my ear drums from bursting while flying. I don’t know how can I appreciate this.

looks like i‘m not the only one suffering. paid 250€ for Covid Test 2 Months ago and never get refund by cancellation despite the cancellation policy. The only way of contact is by Email, which will only get auto-replied. (Finally got to call them, only 2 staffs dealing with cancellation at the moment which just uncapable of handling this amount of work. Traveller should not make any appointment with this kind of risk, you need to wait anyway)

Well organized clinic and the experienced receptionist was kind and supportive. Our family needed special Covid-19 certificates for Japan and they were filled out after receiving the results as PDF files, described in standard German/English format (We visited next day after the test and no separate appointment was needed). It is probably difficult to clarify the process via E-Mail prior to the visit since people are overwhelmed with many questions. I found this clinic via recommendation from Japanese embassy and it worked perfectly for getting required certificate for Japan. Disclaimer: This is the information from June 16th 2021 and the process may change based on the policy of clinic or regulations for entering Japan. Nevertheless, I hope this helps people looking for a clinic able to offer valid certificate for entering Japan.

Very bad service from the receptionists. They gave us a covid test report with wrong passport number. Had to walk half hour over to the clinic. First instinct from the lady behind the counter: you entered the wrong information during booking. It was not. After figuring out everything, we got the report with correct information, but no apologies whatsoever.
