They Messed up my appointment, and I had to wait over an hour. The people at the desk are so unfriendly. People who came after me got their appointment first. Also, they provide a gift card if you leave a good review. I do not recommend this place.

Was never here, but am looking for a solution.But, when I read something from the business like "Mr. Xxxxx, we will examine legal action.", there is NO WAY I'll give my custom to this place. Whether you like it or not, you have some customers who will be happy with your services and others not. But to publicly threaten legal action....??! You're out of order.

I’m getting my Botox done at M1 beauty for couple of years now and I must say that Dr. Med Reisener is really the most professional and knowledgeable specialist. If you go for more natural look or if you want a WOW effect - I’m sure your expectations will be met. It’s difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Med Reiseiner , but if you’re lucky then I’m sure you’ll leave the clinic looking prettier and more confident.

The experience at the clinic was amazing. The doctor Mr. Abdullah Muslu was really nice and treated me very carefully. I had lip injections, and the results were very natural and the way I wanted. They are very friendly, and they speak english for non native german speakers. I would recommend it 100%

I took my wife to her appointment that was made to get rid of her “gummy smile” we took time off work and made the two hour drive and she was so excited. She gets to the appointment and the doctor tells her no gummy smile fix but they have an alternative instead. The alternative of course was lip filler which she did not want but felt as if the Dr. Almost bullied her into the decision. My wife of course did not want to upset the Doctor and that we had made the two hour drive. All day she talked about how upset she was and nearly in tears. She even asked on the phone last week when they called to confirm her appointment that the €79 gummy fix was what she wanted. This place and Dr. Chionos are disgusting..

The host from front desk was fantastic. I made a research where can I fix my baggy eyes and do a lips hidratation and found them. Dra. Lina Vanegas take care of me and I am so happy with the result. I just can’t wait to continue with her. Thanks !!
