Der schlechteste Rossmann, den ich je besucht habe. Die Kassiererin war sehr unfreundlich, sprach total genervt und ignorierte mich als ich meinen QR App Code vorzeigte. Sie hatte für Rückfragen kein Verständnis und war überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Auf der Fläche war die Kollegin ebenfalls unfreundlich und nicht bemüht mir zu helfen als es um Rückfragen ging. Der Eingang ist außerdem nicht Barrierefrei und es würde keinen umbringen, wenn man eine kleine Rampe über die 2 Stufen legt. Ich musste Fremde nach Hilfe fragen, da das Personal so unfreundlich war, dass ich mich kaum noch traute nach Hilfe zu fragen. Ein Passant stieg vom Fahrrad ab und half mir, anstatt der Angestelltin, die sich sicherlich beim Zuschauen amüsierte! Ansonsten ist die Auswahl und die Größe des Ladens bescheiden. Insgesamt einfach nur schlecht! Die Damen, die dort arbeiten, sollten mal eine Fortbildung, zum Thema "Kundenfreundlichkeit" und "Kundenservice", besuchen!

Ordered in their website for a store pickup. Went there to collect it after getting a mail that it has arrived and could be taken. Easy to find an oasis in a desert than finding one of their on store staff. Staff did not even bother checking whether the package has arrived. Orders me to come after 3 days. Baffled, called their hotline. Hotline says the package is already at the store. On store staff has no interest to handover the prepaid package. No wonder people switch to dm! 🙏🏻

Very small Rossmann, with stairs so that you have problems getting in with strollers etc. Very narrow aisles, it is not possible for two people to go shopping in some aisles. Messy, confusing and when you're unpacking you can't get through the car at all. Checkout area far too narrow. When you're standing in line, you don't know where to stand. Employees are annoyed and don't even say a greeting or farewell. The 500 meters to DM on the same street is worth it. 2 stars for the good offers. Unfortunately it's been a disaster since the renovation!

Very very unfriendly staff. The management should definitely take an action this. The staff must learn how to treat the customer and the customer pays each penny for the product they buy.

I almost always find what I look for, but every time I go out of the shop angry for something. It’s been days that you can’t pay with card. Some days ago luckily I had cash, but today I didn’t bring it with me since I thought the problem would be solved, and of course it wasn’t. At least put a sign so that I can save myself the queue.

Da er erst wieder eröffnet wurde, war es sehr voll und nur 1 Kasse auf. Und mein Katzenstreu hatten sie auch nicht.
