Man has to check in in advanced on internet before arrival, otherwise, you have to wait on the street, waiting, for me 30min. Trust me, on 30C weather, this is not a pleasant thing. The room is full of flys coming from everywhere and the room is on the street side, due to weather, I have to open windows, which makes room very noisy. I ask them if I can change a room because I can’t sleep well due to this stupid combination. They said’Sorry about that, but since the described issues are not emergencies, we cannot assign you another room’. I don’t understand what is an emergency, and how I have to have an emergency to change a room in hotel/apartment. highly not recommended in any case, if you are for a business trip.

Was slightly worried reading some of the reviews here, but was pleasantly surprised. Easy access, clean, lovely toiletries, great location, some free drinks and snacks and a super comfy bed and room. Absolutely no complaints!

Great place, easiest check in ever. You get a pin the day of arrival. Lots of room for your bags in you need to leave them before check in. Only giving 4 stars because we have to share one tiny little blanket and we don't fit under it together

A great place to stay in Frankfurt if you're looking to have a kitchen at an affordable price. We booked through Airbnb and were comfortable during our stay. The rooms are updated with a nice bathroom and the kitchen has lots and pans, olive oil, dishwasher, and two burner cooktop. There's no air conditioning but there is a fan, and it stayed cool enough by opening the door for a while (until a smoker went by on the street below).

Support is not friendly at all. Contrarily they have been threatening me with different kinds of fines/measures all the time. Took them infinitely long to answer me regarding the late checkout and obviously they refused. Moreover they threatened to use their security if I’ll be even a minute late. I missed my breakfast (paid one) because of their fraud. Not to mention it was very stressful. Worst support ever. Won’t recommend to stay unless you want to stress out

Stayed here for the second time and overall it was quite an enjoyable stay, though there are definitely some areas for improvement, with the accessible bathroom being a MAJOR one. +easy check-in and check-out +very clean +great location +very comfortable, spacious rooms -The accessible bathroom: The one major thing that really needs work is the accessible bathroom. I was assigned an accessible room without prior notice and was very surprised about the bathroom design. It is simply impossible to take a shower while not fully flooding the bathroom at the same time - which could also be due to the constantly clogged drain. Even when barely turning on the shower and taking several breaks while showering, the bathroom would still fully flood. I have stayed in accessible rooms before and this was by far the worst design I have seen for a corresponding bathroom. -Staff: I noticed the staff blocking the one available elevator with their carts several times which, if you are on one of the upper floors, leads to you having to wait for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, I was woken up several hours early by a staff member on my day of check-out by them knocking on my door and entering my room, though I had clearly stated a specific check-out time when checking into the room.

The location is pretty good. You should walk to the center (like Romer platz) for 10mins though. The cleaness is just ok. There is no receptionists so if you have any troubles, you have to contact them via email or whatsapp which i didn't need to use during my stay. But for me, the check-in method was quite complicated. Not that difficult but a bit demanding but i respected it. But the stairs... ;'( There's no lift and i had to stay 3rd floors and it was quite tough to go up with my luggage. But other than that, everything was nice.

It was excellent. Slightly surreal with no staff but it works very well. Bedroom was very clean, well appointed with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, triple glazing and a good shower room. Radiator rather than air con but in January this isn't an issue. Get the breakfast as the little cafe next door is really good.

Good hotel, right in the middle of Frankfurt. I got a room in the rear block which was perfectly quiet despite the proximity to the Eschenheimer Tor. The room itself was great with a small refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, some free drinks, a spacious bed and a clean and modern bathroom. Unfortunately, the breakfast and online support couldn’t live up to it. When booking, I didn’t get the information that the breakfast is at another place (around 5min walk) and only available from 8 o’clock. Now this might be an error on my part as I am sure I could have read this somewhere but I wish it would have been pointed out to the point I cannot miss it. Information and possible errors on my side aside, I just don’t understand this breakfast option at all. You’re aimed at business stays, yet expect them to wait until 8 o’clock with breakfast? You’re right next to good bakeries and coffee shops that open up way earlier but chose to send them to another place further away? You charge hotel breakfast prices but only offer one dish and hot drink of choice? Oh and why do I have to chose the dish in advance when the place doesn’t mind anyways and offers every dish on demand? Don’t get me wrong, the chosen place (Trinitii West) is decent and they even packaged my breakfast for takeaway so that I can still get to work in time, but I could have gotten more for less money at a closer shop before 8 o’clock. This entire setup feels like a mockery so that you can offer stays with breakfast included, charge hotel prices for it and maybe help out the place you chose to send me to. I strongly recommend anyone to book the stay without breakfast. I tried to cancel my breakfast after struggling with it on the first morning and the online support failed me to do so. I don’t get why since I already explained that the place didn’t have to specifically prepare anything for me.

Very clean and convenient. Great to be able to keep luggage in lockers before check in upon early arrival. Comfortable beds with everything needed to help make our trip great!

This place is fantastic and the rooms are studio's with all the amenities. The quality of the shared spaces and rooms are modern yet comfortable. I will stay again 100% and will search out other numa properties when traveling. Thoroughly impressed and location is walking distance to trains, city center, restaurants and bars. BRILLIANT SPOT! K

The presence of a person is of the essence... Or the absence in your case... When I couldn't get in the room because of your staff cleaning there were multiple messages regarding the delay... I accepted it, I just waited... Nobody informed me about the absence of an elevator and my luggage was heavy to carry to 2nd with stairs, but ok... When I wanted to gain an extra hour (leaving at 12, instead of 11), you were unavailable to service me and notify me about this decision of yours last minute, with me unable to schedule otherwise waiting for your reply in booking app!!!! When I had specificly asked for a message on the phone... Such ptofessionalism!!! Hiding behind a pc is no good...

Best stay I've had in Frankfurt and I am there very often and have stayed at a variety of accommodations. I took a slight upgrade to my room - I think only 10€ More than the base room - and the room was still less expensive than any hotel I've stayed and at least twice the size.

A little bit hit or miss. On the concerns, the self-check in system is a real issue if you travel with an OTA. The automated email or SMS are rarely passed on to you, making it a really painful moment when you stand in front of the door trying to reach Numas via a hotline or WhatsApp to get checked in and scan your passport yourself. Not fun. The rooms also vary quite a bit. Some with good air conditioning, some without. I’ve also noticed items missing from the room (eg extra blanket). But on the plus side, when it works it works well. The rooms are modern and I usually sleep well there. I would still come again but please fix that checkin system.

The emergency exit alarm has been going off for 3 hours and no one has come. They keep saying any moment but it’s been 3 hours. When having a 1year old baby who’s trying to sleep at 9pm, it’s understandable that there is no patience left. When I call they just keep saying any moment. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. In a quest to be all “innovative” and remote/digital, Numa is only providing the worst service, that is incredibly overpriced.

Bit of mishaps with room reservation, ends up not getting what i booked but the apartment itself is great. Hopefully i will receive my refund for the downgrade. Convenient location and close to metro station and nice gyms. Generally good for a longer work trip (except when they try to move you out in the middle of working day - which can be sorted with a bit of email/whatsapp/face2face grit - we’re all human i guess). This is not a 5 stars hotel and yet doesn’t really have the community vibe of the usual Coliving. Take it as budget apartment with once a week cleaning (which i hope will happen) and pay per load/diy laundry. Many things can be improved staff/service wise but unless you’re unlucky (like myself) generally their system should work and it should be good enough to compensate their messy human process. Betting games but the joy of traveling hey!

It located nearby the town centre and close to tube. New and clean studio gave me a good sleep there, with the very competitive price. Good communication with the team on WhatsApp even though they do not have a receptionist on ground floor.

Quite a unique experience! Rooms and entrance hall are super modern and attractive. The self-service with password worked flawlessly. kitchen was fully integrated with all the appliances needed to make your own meal. Bathroom was super clean and funcional. Very recommended!

Good value for small apartments close to Frankfurt downtown, in a quiet place. Rooms are clean and everything went smoothly even tough there is no reception desk. Don't forget to have your phone charged when you stay there!

Great location close to city center and main attractions. The room has everything you need. Good breakfast, but served in a cafe (5 minutes from the hotel). The cafe on weekends is open only from 10:00, please consider when checking out early.

Excellent place to stay in Frankfurt. Place has for me an important con… they are extremely strict with check-in and check-out. They could allow an early checking or a late checkout. Impossible. It is also impossible to check out late paying some extra money . For me and for my work early check in or late check out is critical

Excellent location, surrounded by famous attractions. The check-in and refrigerator dishwashers were amazing, and I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks. If you want something more, like salad yogurt, the vending machine downstairs is also a good option. Not only that, the bathroom is huge, there are lots of mirrors, they even put non-slip towels on the floor for you, everything is very thoughtful. The bed has lots of pillows, beautifully designed lights, and the cutest thing is that the blinds open and close automatically. I love everything about it. I love this city.
