Nice employees, very friendly and accommodating. I am more than disappointed with the doctor. I can understand that with a job like this you can quickly become overworked and fall into a rut, but shouting at and mocking your patients is more than inappropriate as a doctor. She should also pay more attention to your choice of words. You just don't feel like you're being taken seriously. I don't want to completely denounce this doctor, but that was my experience.

My 2 year old daughter injured her eye at daycare. Pediatrician sent us to the sheriff's wife. Despite the emergency, despite the bruise and swelling in the child's eye, she didn't accept us. Because it should be documented as an accident at the daycare center and you will receive less insurance coverage than a normal case. Not recommended at all

Sehr unprofessionelles Auftreten/Beratung der Ärztin und mit langer Wartezeit trotz Termin ist zu rechnen. Die Frau am Empfang war recht lieb, jedoch verblieb die Nettigkeit auch bei ihr. Würde trotzallem diesen Augenarzt weniger empfehlen aufgrund von inadäquatem Auftreten.

I went for a check up for my 2.5 year old daughter. We got an appointment after waiting for almost 6 months but it was worth it, the reception staff is very welcoming and very friendly all smiling & spoke good English, we waited in the children waiting room for a few minutes and the doctor did the tests required very calmly and patiently, my daughter was made comfortable and we were given a follow up appointment instantly .special mention for Janka Schäfer who conducted the tests so calmly with a 2.5 year old and Dr. Ulrike Hirsch was so positive with her explanation for the diagnosis. So happy to find a good Augenarztpraxis, will definitely recommend it.

Appointment cancellation “secretly”: an appointment confirmation will be sent via SMS the day before via their appointment software Doctolib. 5 seconds later another text message with a rescheduled appointment that you absolutely don't notice on your smartphone. Great if you go there with a small child.

I called for an appointment for my mom. The lady on the phone was very nice and friendly. Even my mom felt very comfortable and safe. This will now be our family's ophthalmologist. She is highly recommended. Even I, as the mother of a 7-year-old daughter, would be happy to place my child in the hands of this practice.

I give zero stars for this promotion: I am a private patient and through my predecessor Dr. Mrs. Sherrif's calf came to the practice. Now I wanted to go there with my little son (he had already been examined by Dr. Kalbe) because he had been having recurring pain behind his eye for several weeks. I was called back to make an appointment and was kindly apologized for the late call back. I asked again and asked if he was also a private patient. Is not he. He is insured with the TK family. Ich hatte einen Fremdkörper Gefühl in meinem Auge und bin spontan in die Praxis gegangen und wurde sofort aufgenommen und Frau Doktor Jaeger hatte mich gründlich untersucht und mir mit den Augentropfen sehr gut weitergeholfen! Arrived super quickly with an appointment. The staff and doctors are great, I always feel really good there! A lot of time is taken for you and everything is discussed and shown with pictures.

We went to the practice for the first time today with our daughter (5). The appointment was booked via Doctolib. Everything worked great. We were welcomed very nicely. There is a separate waiting area for children. Didn't have to wait long. The orthoptist was super friendly! I have never seen my daughter so relaxed with a doctor. The same applies to the ophthalmologist Dr. Sherriffs. Everything great! THANKS!!!! We would like to come again. Best regards

I had an appointment and had to wait over 90 minutes. In practice it was oppressive; Despite the presence of air conditioning, only one window was opened. The doctor, who only speaks broken German, appeared extremely arrogant towards me. Both they and the consultation staff asked me intrusively about purchasing additional services / the doctor's explanation was "The health insurance companies don't pay anything anymore." As a patient you shouldn't bother, even if the practice is in the city center. I think that such doctors should have their statutory health insurance license revoked. Ms. Doctor should go into investment banking, where she might earn what she wants.
