Crazy waiting times for some tests...you wait like 2 hours without it being even crowded. They say yeah you're next and then you wait for another hour or so. Absolutely insane and unprofessional. The medical stuff is just chatting about private stuff while you're waiting. wow.

There are only a few practices left, and especially doctors, who care so much about their patients and take their time! Especially in times when all doctors only point out full practices and no "new patients", I was very surprised here on my first visit! Super friendly and understanding practice staff, despite being late, and Dr. Mayer... Attentive, friendly, interested! Even time for a few “private” sentences... Thank you!

They don't respect the critical cases and it's really waste of time. I am trying to reach them to schedule appointment to follow up after the 1st appointment and they didn't respond to phone calls nor emails.

Absolute Katastrophe. Ich war jetzt das 3. mal dort. Bei keinem Termin kam man zu einem Ergebnis. Man hat einen Termin, wird aber nicht behandelt, da angeblich Dokumente fehlen, die es garnicht gibt. Termine werden einfach abgesagt, bzw. man bekommt in der Praxis gesagt, das leider heute der behandelnde Arzt nicht im haus ist und man einen neuen Termin ausmachen muss. Wenn man viel Zeit hat, jedes mal bereit ist ein Haufen Geld für das Parkhaus zu bezahlen und keine Hilfe benötigt, dann ist das die richtige Praxis. Bei Problemen sollte man sich eine vernünftige Praxis suchen.

Bin seit einigen Jahren Patientin von Dr. Christoph Mayer und froh ihn als Arzt zu haben. Ein sehr freundlicher, kompetenter und empathischer Arzt. Ich kann Dr. Mayer absolut empfehlen. Er nimmt sich Zeit für seine Patienten ( hat sogar für mich einen MRT Termin organisiert ) trotz Stresssituation. Ich fühle mich sehr gut bei ihm aufgehoben.

Ich fühle mich in dieser Praxis sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Ärzte mit denen ich bisher aufgrund meines Anliegens gesprochen habe, waren ausführlich und verständlich in Ihren Ausführungen. Termine waren keinerlei Herausforderung und die Arztbesuche waren stets zeitlich im angemessenen Rahmen. Insbesondere das Praxis-Team machte auf mich einen stets sehr gut organisierten und freundlich-professionellen Eindruck.

Sehr professionelle und moderne Praxis, freundliches hilfsbereites Praxisteam, top zentral gelegen am Kaiserplatz und sehr schön ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr kompetente und menschliche Betreuung durch Herrn Dr. Mayer. Er hört geduldig zu, erläutert Therapieansätze ausführlich und greift auf ein hervorragendes medizinisches Netzwerk zu (Studienbeteiligung, rasche Terminvergabe beim Radiologen usw.). Im Notfall wurde mir sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, so dass es mir rasch viel besser ging. Ich fühle mich sehr gut in dieser Praxis aufgehoben und mit meinen Anliegen jederzeit ernst genommen. Herzlichen Dank für Ihr tolles Engagement zum Wohle des Patienten!

Dr. Mayer nimmt sich die Zeit, alle meine Fragen zu beantworten und das auf für mich fachlicher Augenhöhe. Er hat auch einen guten Sinn für Dringlichkeit, für mich hat er am selben Tag ein MRT organisiert, mich danach wieder gesprochen und ins Krankenhaus eingewiesen. Außerdem ist er sehr gut vernetzt mit den Kolleg:innen, Neurolog:innen in der Uniklinik und Nordwestkrankenhaus ebenso wie Radiolog:innen. Ich fühle mich in der Praxis wohl und gut aufgehoben.

I'm being treated for my migraines. Dr. Mayer is friendly, helpful and appreciates his patients and takes his time. I'm so glad I got involved in a study, now with the preventative injection Aimovig my migraines are almost gone. So incredibly grateful.

Es war uns eine Freude, Dr. A. Nemecek kennenzulernen. Ich habe meine Frau begleitet, um die Neurologin zu besuchen, und wir waren positiv überrascht, wie sie mit uns umgegangen ist. Das Wichtigste war, dass wir uns nicht wie ein "Arzt und Patient" fühlten, sondern wie ein Mensch, der interessiert ist und einem anderen Menschen helfen möchte. Sie war auch ganz aufgeschlossen und sprach mit meiner Frau völlig entspannt auf Englisch. Sogar im Umgang mit den Krankenschwestern war sie sehr bescheiden. The definition of rude! Do not waste your time with this place! Terrible, unfriendly and extremely rude doctors. I would never go back! Dr. Morbitzer is the person I went to see and she was extremely rude, sarcastic and answered everything with a sarcastic smirk on her face. I came in with a numb feeling in my toe and in hopes of helping the doctor to identify the cause, I googled. I told her I googled about what the cause may be and she scoffed rudely and shook her head in disbelief. I realise that self-diagonsis can be a pain in the butt for doctors but I was hardly insisting. I mentioned it and asked if it could be a possibility to which she said I should stop googling. I felt belittled by her snarky demeanour. I was just trying to help! Also if you want to ask questions as a patient, you should NOT be scoffed at! After the first part of the meeting, I was already thinking "this is exactly why I don't come to waste my time with doctors" and then came the second rude experience. Arndt Harmjanz came by the waiting room as I waited for some results and barked at me to switch my phone off. It was on airplane mode since I was reading while waiting. Anyway, he barked so quickly and German is far from my first language, that I was hardly able to get out "wie bitte" (pardon me) before he barked it a second and third time. And I mean rude, rude barking of an order, no considerate speaking and extremely disrespectful. I don't know what crawled up his ass and died but seriously, a little common courtesy goes a long way! So if you're deciding to go to this place, just remember that I hated it sooo much that I just had to write this review!!

Dr. Mayer is a very friendly and very competent doctor who really shows that he loves his job. He takes his time and leaves no questions unanswered. Not only does he issue the transfer, but he also helps arrange appointments with colleagues. The team at his side is also just great.

I have been seeing Dr. for several years now. Christoph Mayer in the treatment and I am very satisfied with him as a doctor, my treatment, the practice and the people who work there. He is technically excellent, always takes enough time and explains every medical issue, no matter how complicated, in an absolutely understandable way, even for laypeople. I came to the practice and Dr. through a personal recommendation. Mayer became aware. Dr. Mayer is very friendly and makes a very competent impression. During my first visit, he took a lot of time to learn about the symptoms and previous examinations in detail and to explain potential causes and the corresponding examinations. The employee who carried out individual examinations was also very friendly, so that I felt very well looked after medically and personally in the practice.
