😐 Not the biggest sports club in town but it manages to offer more martial arts than, say, the TGB. It has a kegelbahn; German bowling. The adjacent public/restaurant changes management once in a while and doesn't seem to make much business beyond the club members. People often mention club, hiking,

We were there for Aikido seminar. Sports complex has good facilities. There were several sports classes including Aikido. Also dance and chess classes.

If you are interested in kickboxing, you will find a very friendly club here :) No racket, all ages, both genders (in fact more women).

Terrific. The club is committed to: -- Since 2010 there has been our pioneering, and probably unique in Germany, cooperation between the Frankfurt Association for Social Homes e.V. and the Frankfurter Turnverein 1860. The main goal of the project is to enable as many people with disabilities and social hardships to have a better quality of life through sporting activity. Very social. I used to go bowling, my own bowling alley, but it got on my knee. Bernhard welcomed me really well, but he couldn't do anything about my knee. Then in the choir, he is no longer there, has become independent. I'm still there. And now about hiking, it is wonderfully organized by Angelika and Christian, with a lot of love and harmony. Familiar, friendly, WhatsApp group, we hike twice a month, the journeys are comfortable, well organized and then we eat together. Everything planned too. I'm just hiking, then I don't use the facilities and after one year of contributions I was allowed to switch to a grant. Very slight. You can also go hiking as a guest, then it costs 5.00 per hike, whatever you want, whatever it's worth, I'm looking forward to tomorrow when it starts again. I wrote lots of hiking reports and took pictures, if you're interested: and then enter “hiking” or “FTV” or “gymnastics club” in the search bar, then you have it. 😉 Google my name 😄 and enter “hiking” or “FTV” or “gymnastics club” in the search bar and you’ll have it. 😉 Let’s move on 😄 Here are just a few:

A beautiful parquet floor for dancing the tango. Sometimes there is even live music played and you can get drinks in the restaurant next door.

Joined as an expat to play in the baseball club and appreciate the connection with the city and the folks in Frankfurt. Lots of sports and activities available for all interests.

My daughters were allowed to take part in the trial training of the fencing department. You took part in two trial dates. This gave us a better idea of whether we wanted to register. The department management was very helpful.
