The lady who picked up the call at reception refused to take my appointment as she did not speak English. Although I assured her I know of the services I want to get. Highly disappointing! And non-inclusive

I found Samina's when I first came to Frankfurt 4 months back. Excellent customer service. I still visit all the way from Sossenheim. Highly recommended

Happy with the outcome, i have been searching for a threading studio in Frankfurt for almost three years, always have to thread when I go to the UK, now I have finally found one and I am happy with this place, she was very patient, and did a great job. The waiting time was longer than expected, however I will visit again.

Really good service. All of the staff is kind and polite and really good at their job. I visited here frequently for threading services for my eyebrows and upper lips and I've never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable too.

Absolute disgrace in terms of price clarity. I spent close to 50 EUROS for a simple hairwash and basic blow-dry. The brochure mentioned a completely different price and when asked for breakdown - the work assistant gave me a % of 50/50 for each service above and the owner mentioned a completely different excuse saying she charged me 40 euros for blow dry as my hair was long (below shoulder length)!!! During the service, she specifically asked me if I needed a hair mask and I clearly said NO, however her excuse was - I used a hair mask ANYWAY and charged me for it!

I generally have eyebrows threading here it was good to have the eyebrows done here. Had facial for the first time with them not so satisfied with the face massage.

Not happy with the under arm waxing service I took. Even though the staff was very friendly, the process was painful and they could not complete the waxing. Not really happy!

Got the wax done. Below average. There were still hair left at many spot Wasnt upto the mark. Highly disappointed. Total waste of money and efforts.
