My family and I received a 15 minute massage before our flight and they did a great job! The massage was a deep and well needed back rub. I recommend for those long flights to help relieve some tight muscles.

With almost 12 hours of a layover at Frankfurt airport, I was searching for something to do. A manicure seemed like the perfect way to spend the time while enjoying some relaxation! I didn't expect much, but the staff at Be Relax was knowledgeable and attentive, literally saving my day. My gel manicure was perfect, and my daughter enjoyed her pedicure. The massage chairs are an additional treat!

Good chair massage and a very nice facial. The products seemed to be of good quality and smelled pleasant. The therapist was most kind and welcoming. My only issue was the lights in that area were pretty bright...but it is an airport after all.

It's good clean and comfortable seats just the must have more places to charging phones and have different international blugs for the electric.

I bought a manicure set at the Be Relax shop in Dubai. Very bad material, Nailclipper broke at first use. Scissors are not usable. I do not recommend their stuff due to very bad material.

I went to have a quick manicure with a longer layover in Frankfurt. But I got so much more. 15 minutes in the massage chair, while my nails were done perfectly, and with nice nail strengthener. I loved the result, and were quickly and relaxed on my way.

Too long wait time . No response to customer . Looked like deliberately delayed customer service
