Smoky authentic pub with friendly people and friendly staff. Good local and craft beer selection. (I am a non-smoker, but this place offers a real rustic-friendly atmosphere). Good for an after-work beer.

Good bar with very friendly staff

Normalkneipe pub in Frankfurt exceeded my expectations! Their authentic Guinness and Kilkenny beers hit the spot. The live telecasts of football, rugby, and other sports kept me entertained throughout. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. If you're looking for a casual spot to enjoy great beer and catch your favorite sports, Normalkneipe is the place to be!

As a tourist it was refreshing to find an authentic atmosphere local bar. Didn't realise you can still smoke in bars in Germany 🇩🇪 but my choice to stay and very glad we did. An exceptionally pationate Eintrach Frankfurt supports bar so keep your teams colours guarded from the UK 🙃🙃 Beware of the schnapps 🤣🤣 All in all an utterly amazing place to support and drink in......and stagger out of 😋😋

Well the beer was good and the lady who worked there was pretty kind , but as a non smoker i wouldn't really recommend that tbh.

I was looking forward to trying this local bar out - but walking in, I tried to order a beer from the surliest, grumpiest bartender that I’ve met in a long while. Asking for a beer? Pained grimace. Wanting to pay by card? Another. The vibe from the locals was also pretty unfriendly, so I’d avoid. One plus side - they at least have some decent craft beers.

Good place just to have a couple of beers. It is impossible to stay longer because of the cigarette smoke inside, there is no ventilation or outdoor space for smokers. The guy who attends was kind and we could have a nice time.
