This
is
an
Irish
bar
nearby
the
hotel
I
was
staying.
On
my
first
visit
I
wasn't
sure
of
how
things
worked
-
the
pub
was
quite
crowded
with
football
playing
on
the
screens
(Frankfurt
were
1-0
down
at
half
time)
and
the
bar
is
at
the
far
end
but
the
barman
there
found
me
an
empty
table
near
the
front
they'd
be
over
to
take
orders.
There
was
a
nice
but
excitable
crowd
in
(particularly
when
Frankfurt
equalised
then
won
in
the
second
half)
yet
despite
the
quantity
of
patrons
the
service
was
still
fast
and
efficient,
with
waiters
getting
around
people
to
take
orders
and
replenishing
drinks
frequently.
I
just
had
a
snack
of
wings
and
salad
with
two
good
beers,
and
found
it
a
good
place
to
relax.
Sadly,
this
quality
of
service
was
inconsistent:
I
returned
a
few
nights
later
and
found
the
pub
semi-full,
told
by
a
barman
that
upstairs
was
closed
but
sit
at
a
downstairs
table
anyway
and
someone
would
be
over...
but
I
noted
there
were
only
two
waitress
and
they
were
barely
seen
on
the
floor.
After
being
overlooked
for
20
mins...
I
left
to
go
elsewhere
-
I
found
it
strange
that
service
was
pretty
effective
when
they
were
busy
but
seemed
to
lack
the
staff
when
partly-empty.
Despite
the
good
snack
I
received
on
my
previous
visit,
I
don't
feel
a
compelling
reasons
to
return
here.
