Unsafe. No lifeguards to speak of - all chatting to each other or on their phones. Nobody checking if gaps are left on the slides and large groups of teenage schoolchildren going down and crashing into my small children. An injury waiting to happen. Changing rooms are confusing and no signs to show where the toilets are. Turns out they are in the pool area but we spent 15 minutes looking for them and then got charged extra at the end. Of course, the staff member who should have been helping was on her phone the entire time. The water and air temperature is freezing - they should call it a “Schwimmbad” not “Thermen” which implies some degree of heating. Finally the changing rooms are not that clean and the hairdryers barely work, certainly not for drying women’s hair since they just blow air slowly in every direction. And do not really lower down enough to dry small children’s hair. Overall could be much improved if the staff would pay attention, if they would raise the water and air temperature in the non-swimming areas so that you don’t have to shiver constantly, and if they improved the changing facilities.

Not even worth a one star, overpriced, water freezing cold in all of the pools, so I was able to stay there exactly 5mins,no English signs so you walk around trying every door not knowing where to go.. Worst of all staff even though looks like they speak english they refuse to serve you and completely ignore you if you speak English to them. Kids splash water on you and it feels like zoo, if anything. Simple advice - don't go!

Nice indoor swimming pool in Nord West Zentrum for a quick get away! It is a heated pool, and hence can be used during winters also. They have separate pools (3 pools in total) for proper swimmers, and for fun lovers. Other than the pools, there are two Jacuzzis also. Kids will also enjoy. Overall, a nice place and I'll visit again.

This is a beautiful swimming pool but the pools were too cold for us to enjoy ourselves. We had to crowd with others into one of two available jacuzzi pools to stay warm. While there teenage boys starting fighting, inadvertently splashing us with water and almost falling on my 7 year old daughter. Thanks to the security, this behaviour was ended and the boys instructed to go into the main pool, however they did not go. I don't understand the point in creating such a beautiful swimming pool when the water is so cold that it is torture to stay in the pool. We will not be coming back again due to the discomfort.

Extremely loud when we were there. No respect for other people and life guards were nearby but didn’t ask anyone to lower their volumes. Not good for taking young kids.

Went there in the morning (10-13), there are few things I would improve: - water temperature could be 1-2° warmer - there are no signs in english at all, a bit hard for a foreigner to find his way. Other than that, for the value, it's a good place to relax a bit.

Almost 5 stars. Primarily, I can only comment on the sauna as I haven't tried other facilities. The sauna is clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. For those who don't understand German, this is not the only place where signs are not in English. I give it 4 stars because there's room for improvement. Having only one steam room compared to many dry saunas, it would be great to introduce another steam room with daily aromatherapy variations. The bar area is clean but lacks a welcoming ambiance. While the drink selection is good, the food variety could be improved, with a focus on a wider, healthier selection. As a smoker (I understand it's not healthy, and it's not why I gave it 4 stars), it's inconvenient to trek up and down for a lighter, especially since I don't carry a bag – it's a sauna. Don't expect a full spa experience. It's a good sauna for relaxation, offering fair prices for what they provide. It's a mixed-gender environment, and bathing suits are not allowed. I appreciate that they don't have exclusive hours or days for ladies.

This place was a huge disappointment for us, we have been there today and non of the pools/relaxing area had warm water! Plus most of the people who have families goes there, therefore children will be around you wherever you go and splash you with water. For a family this place would be good considering the cheap price for entrance, but if you would like to relax then this is no the place at all!

Worst thermal bath I have ever been to. The water is not hot. The path from the changing room is not very clean. We had trouble finding the spa from the bath because there is no sign and finally even if we checked on their website that the spa was allowing swimsuit for this day, when we went there were signs indicating it was not and people telling us we were supposed to be naked so they are very contradictory with themselves. Even if it was the case maybe a notification from the people at the desk when you buy the tickets would be the minimum. At least it wasn't expensive and the guy cleaning the changing room was smiling and kind enough to help me.
