Nguyen is the worst dentist in the universe! Pls do not trust any of her recommendations! To all future patients, pls read the negative reviews and it all matter! Do not be deceived with this English speaker! She only knows English but she has NO love and dental care for her patients and is only after MONEY ! I have nothing to gain in this post but to share my worst experience when my teeth were all ok but she chose to damage them! Karma is real, Nguyen!!!

Very well located, easy to get an appointment, competent and friendly dentists (especially Dr. Nguyen) and assistants. The practice is very modern, and the equipment high-end.

I've been going to them for almost 2 years now and I only wish I went there earlier. The dentists are really good, the equipment is top quality and I've only had a great patient experience. I'd wish everything else in this country was up to this standard!

I finally found my forever dentist in Frankfurt! Dr Nguyen is not only a great professional and did an amazing work in my teeth, she is also close and friendly and takes time to listen to her patients. And very important, she is an honest doctor, very rare to find doctors in some specialties not trying to get some profit and take your money somehow. But Dr Nguyen is totally reliable. I am so happy I found her, recommended 100%!

We had a very bad experience with one of the doctors in this clinic, one of the comment below has mentioned her name. This doctor is full of bad attitude, speak to the patient with arrogant tone, no patience for answering questions. My daughter was in pain after the Invisalign scan, it’s so hard to do wrong with scan but they managed to hurt her, we will never want to go back there anymore. We really think the clinic need to do something about this doctor’s behavior.

The starting point of this clinic is only money, and the patient's demands are completely ignored. I had a sudden dental discomfort while I was on vacation in another country and had my teeth cleaned and treated. When I returned to Germany, I made an appointment as scheduled, hoping that the doctor would check the recovery of the tooth instead of cleaning it. Doctor Nguyen denied my request, forced me to pay the full cost of cleaning, and threatened me that if I didn't pay, I would be permanently removed from the patient list. By the way, my friend referred this clinic to me before, and then she changed the clinic because of frequent and unreasonable treatments, and now it’s my turn.

I would highly recommend Dental 21 for anyone looking for exceptional dental care. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest dental technology. The waiting area is comfortable and calming, with plenty of reading materials and a television to keep you entertained. My dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Overall, I would highly recommend Dental 21 to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.
