Step 1 - perhaps say thank you and let go the girl working as a receptionist/game manager, as she was spending more time snacking and laying on a couch than helping out with drinks and games. The latter were poorly organized and sometimes we ended playing 5 vs 11. Laser tag itself is fine, but for 1 or 2 games only - it's not worth booking a 4 hour time slot, mostly because the games are redundant and there's nothing proper to do during the breaks.

Super friendly, classy music, I just loved the place and the decoration. One of the best places to play Laser Tag and enjoy your day with friends. I can only reccommend.

The arena is good, many obstacles and safe environment. The gadgets work well. But the surrounding features not so much. The bathroom - 2 star, locker room - 2 star, no food service, but you can order from outside at the location, but the seating area - 2star. Most importantly the staff is not friendly at all. Everyone has the "let's get this over with" vibe in person as well as on the phone. I had very unfriendly call when I was booking, hopefully it was only in my case.

The staff are not too helpful there. Also they accept cash only.

We had great time killing each other.. the hosts are amazing guys and girls. The game super adrenaline...

Nice arena and good gear. The waiting hall is a bit too small for a bigger group. Parking is available in plenty in the premises or also on the street. We played a 1 hour game and I found the prices to be decent. Overall a nice place and staff are really friendly. Thumbs up for that.

A place below average... I would never bring my friends for a bithday or similar event. Everything is not taken care of. Starting from toilets and ending with the playing hall itself. Some systems were not working properly, bases for switching off interrupting the game. Not very friendly staff. Cash only accepted. The place needs a proper refurbishment to make it enjoyable.
