Unfortunately this didn’t work for us at all. We weren’t told that an appointment was mandatory, but then we were invited to wait anyway - for 45 minutes - and then when we began to receive some advice, the assistant was simultaneously helping 3 other couples and was very slow to come back to each question we had. Also, we were invited to look at a website rather than real rings - we could do this from home. We would have rather they said - sorry, advice isn’t possible without an appointment - and then we could have come back a different day but with better attention. Please don’t keep people waiting with no information and waste time like this, it’s not the experience we want. 2 stars because the guy was well-meaning and not unpleasant, but overall it would be 1.

Great, friendly and honest advice that convinced us from the start. When we met in the Marienturm, our good gut feeling was confirmed again. Our ideas from the configurator were always taken up by our wonderful salesperson and in the end we finalized our beautiful wedding rings together. 110% At the beginning we were skeptical as to whether WhatsApp and video telephony would work smoothly. In retrospect, the fear was unfounded. Many retailers could learn a lesson from the advice and commitment!!! In short: perfect advice, friendly and polite interaction at all times, questions were answered promptly and professionally, price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I went in with the mindset: "There's no way I'm going to buy straight away from the first store I go to for advice." The engagement ring I chose was custom made and turned out fantastic. Purchasing the engagement ring was extremely pleasant. I made an appointment online and was then welcomed straight away and after describing my requirements, I was given an individual selection so that I could purchase straight away.
