If you’re a tourist, don’t go there. We went with 2 friends, one was speaking German and me and my friend, French. The waiter was very polite during all the service, the bad surprise happened at the end. When we asked for the bill, they didn’t print any receipt, the waiter just told us how much by person (72€ each because we gave a bit more for the service) - very expensive for a bottle of wine, shared starter, plate and bottle of water. We paid and then my friend asked for the receipt, the service has been automatically calculated by the system - apparently. I believe they did that to every tourist or non German speakers. When we asked more details, the waiter finally told us that the service has been calculated already. Thing that he didn’t mention when we paid and added few more for the service. The food was ok, such as the wine but you can have way more delicious food and experience in every other restaurant. Communication is the key, inform your clients that the service is first, already included, second, automatically calculated. I don’t recommend.

Multiple requests for refills and condiments were forgotten or ignored, and the overall service experience left much to be desired. Food (5/5): On a brighter note, the food at Ariston Restaurant was undeniably exceptional. It's evident that the kitchen is staffed by talented chefs who take great pride in their craft. Beverages (3/5): The beverage selection at Ariston Restaurant was adequate, but not particularly noteworthy. The wine list was decent, offering a range of options to complement the meal, but it didn't stand out as extraordinary. Price (3/5): While the food quality warranted the price range, it's hard to justify the cost when the service experience was so lacking. Dining at Ariston Restaurant is an investment, and it's disappointing that the service did not match the prices. In summary, Ariston Restaurant is a place of culinary excellence with a glaring Achilles' heel - its service. The remarkable food alone may be enough to draw patrons back, but the frustrating and disjointed service experience undoubtedly taints the overall dining journey. If the restaurant can address its service issues, it has the potential to become a true dining destination for those seeking gourmet cuisine. Until then, diners should be prepared for a culinary rollercoaster of delights and disappointments.

It was an amazing overall experience ! The staff is super friendly, helpful and nice- they do their best to make you feel welcomed and we really felt super comfortable. The interior is good it has a nice atmosphere. Their loukoumades are the best ones I have tried so far, really amazing- 5 stars for the loukoumades!! The food in general was ok for a Greek restaurant in Germany. Some dishes like the truffle paste and melitzana were extraordinary tasty!

Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort reserviert. Als wir angekommen sind mussten wir eine halbe Stunde mit fünfzehn Mann im Eingangsbereich warten. Es war weder eingedeckt noch weihnachtlich geschmückt. Dann wurden im bereits vollem Restaurant ein paar Tische zusammengestellt und geflochtene Stühle aus dem dem Aussenbereich geholt. Es war sehr beengt zu sitzen und als noch ein paar Nachzügler zur Feier kamen musste noch einmal ein Tisch dazugestellt werden. Es wurde Wasser nach ca. 20Minuten gebracht aber die Gläser erst 10minuten später nach unserem anfragen. Besteck war auch nicht komplett.es mussten Gabeln angefragt werden. Eine Unterhaltung konnte nicht stattfinden da es unglaublich laut war. Das essen war sehr lecker obwohl wir bei der Vorspeise Brot vermisst haben. Dadurch ist der Streichkäse liegen gelassen worden. Essen war Qualitativ gut und lecker und die Bedienung war bemüht.

Overrated. Service is great. The staff is very well organized and they make sure that you have everything you wanted. The food... is unfortunately overpriced. The fish was not super fresh and not so high quality. I would have expected something much better after paying 30 something € on a portion of a fish. My partner and I had both stomachache later that day. I personally wouldn't recommend coming back here.

I liked this place, its atmosphere and interior - all is fine. Their menu is pretty big and you can definitely choose almost what ever you want. Friendly staff, the lady was so "friendly" so I would say intrusive. I didn't check whether they have a wife but definitely no parking. No questions to food, all what I have chosen were great: fresh, tasty and done like in Athens.

Visited for dinner whilst on a business trip as a group of 9. The restaurant was busy but the staff were good and quickly sorted our table and got us seated. Drinks were a little slow, but food was soon ordered and came out in good time. The food was excellent and very well presented, drinks also good with a selection of cocktails available. Staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is also very well decorated. Highly recommend

Wir waren zum Mittag dort, haben aber nicht die Mittagskarte genommen, sondern den Steinbutt mit Tomaten-Spinat-Risotto. Als Vorspeise haben wir Taramas bestellt. Es gab auch noch selbstgebackenes Brot mit Ajwar und Schafskäsetrüffelcreme dazu. Und hat wirklich alles sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend. Der Service war gut und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Es gab auch kostenfrei Wlan. Preislich lagen wir bei 50 EUR pro Person inkl. einer Flasche Wasser. Wir konnten direkt an der Straße vor der Tür kostenpflichtig parken. Der Gastraum ist groß mit hoher Decke, eignet sich auch gut für Gruppen.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer mal wieder. Würden noch nie enttäuscht. Sehr netter Service. Essen authentisch und sehr lecker. Klare Empfehlung! Und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung.

Really Greek food! We enjoyed our dinner there and everything was delicious. As we went on Tuesday, we were the only ones in the restaurant, with another couple. The staff was quite friendly and helpful ☺️

Very good greek restaurant in Frankfurt, close to Frankfurt Messe. Nice staff, although there appeared to be a problem with our table, and they ended up placing 6 people in a table originally for 4. No harm done though, except the occasional extra work to fit all plates on the table. A bit noisy but that's because it was crowded. I had the Moussaka and it was very good. Book in advance because it's highly sought after!

Lovely setting, really good wine and tasty starters. However the mains are a little overpriced for what they are and there is little space for a Kinderwagen in the restaurant. They also forgot twice about my husbands birthday but it’s ok! We enjoyed our dinner there. The staff are very friendly and they have good baby changing facilities in the bathroom.

This restaurant is next to konstablewache, really in the heart of the city center, amazing service, waitress were really nice and helpful. 😁 We had different appetizers to start, and they were really tasty and nice Main dishes wouldn't said are that much, without the appetizers it may wouldn't be enough. Wouldn't say it's cheap and there is lot of meet/fish/chicken options, but definitely worth to try it 😊😄🤩 Nice environment inside the restaurant, cute and pleasant 😊 definitely will come back😊

We went for lunch with family, quite happy with alternative food choices provided. Great quality of food for a fair price. Didn't totally liked the atmosphere however I would definitely be happy to come back for the food! Thank you also for the polite service

Went there with a friend, the food is really tasty and first class. It made me a bad impression that the price was very high and in my plate there was exactly 3 or 4 oven potatoes! It was as if the cook was not in the mood to cook. The quality and the presentation does not correspond to the price you pay. I would say that this restaurant is not a place where you go to enjoy eating, it's just a schiki Micki place to "take a bite"

My wife and parents had a quick stay in Frankfort Germany and wanted a dinner restaurant near our hotel (Westin Grand) so we booked Ariston. What was meant to be a convenient meal turned out to be so much more! The food at this restaurant is authentic Greek and its EXCELLENT! I would HIGHLY recommend.

A solid five star for this place. I normally never order fish at restaurants, but I risked it here and let me tell you, I would have missed out if I hadn't. Great atmosphere and great service. Wife ordered the salad and finished a giant plate of just greens! A must if you're in Frankfurt.

Fantastic food served accompanied with great wine by top class waitress. Greek classics with a twist of luxury . What else would you like to read to convince you to go there. Sorry no pictures this time round as our food completely possessed us.

Beautiful classy restaurant with superb service. Delicious four course lunch menu at a very affordable price. One of my favorite meals in a ver two years living in Germany. Dinner menu is a bit pricey but I will be coming back to try it sometime.

Great experience. You really can't go wrong with eating here. Octopus was great. Veal was perfectly grilled. Service was courteous and quick. And the seating arrangement on Valentines Day was crowded but not crammed. I couldn't come up with anything negative to say other than recommend not sitting close to the door - the coat racks are placed very close to the tables there. Otherwise, all positive.

Lovely Greek cuisine. Tried Octopus for the first time and sea food platter. It was very nice. Food is tasty and staff are very Cordial. Though the Restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, I feel it is worth it. Restaurant is a 3 min walk from Konstablerwache Metro station. I'd recommend the place and will visit again.

It became one of my favorite restaurants in Frankfurt. Everything was excellent from the food entrance to the drinks I had. I received an excellent attention service and was delighted with every single aspect that made my whole experience a great introduction to Greek food.

Lovely. The only issue was too much food ... Which we could not take with us as we were staying in a hotel. I think that the waiter should have told us how much we ordered and a bit of portion control! But both waiters were very friendly. The restaurant nice and food extremely fresh. The location is central too. I did find the salad a bit over priced but the quality was amazing so I should not complain too much. The wine went well with the meal. All in all a good meal... In a quiet calm atmosphere

We ordered the set meal 3 that comes with soup or salad, fish main course and dessert. Enjoyed the freshly baked bread and the asparagus soup was yummy. The main course and dessert were nice but didn't impressed. Overall it's a good meal that's also reasonably priced. Nice ambiance and friendly staff too!

The food was ‘ariston’ (which in greek means perfect). We took the Greek salad and bifteki. Their food was very tasty and fresh. The Greek wines served were excellent. Cozy atmosphere with nice Greek music. Staff was welcoming and polite, happy to help us by explaining us the menu and making suggestions what to order. We would definitely go again, we enjoyed a lot our dinner there. I totally recommend this Greek restaurant. It is also easy to find it, it is located at the city centre of Frankfurt.

I went here to celebrate my birthday dinner because I was really impressed by their customised Menu Card and different seafood options they had to offer. We tried some nice drinks in the beginning like lillet berry, aperol Spritz etc. followed by hummus with pita bread. It was very tasty In the Main course we tried their two speciality dishes octopus and beef, both of them were very delicious. In desserts we tried “Kataifi Ekmek” which is basically a baklava with vanilla ice cream. That was amazing as well. We didn’t have any problem to find the table because we had reserved this place well in advance. Apart from that great hospitality, amazing service and very very cozy vibe with great ambiance.
