With my visit at Zarathustra I was really disappointed. Let me start with the Service. They were not really helpful to find a table inside and not welcoming at all. The Kubide (sorry for writing it wrong) was a lot of rice, a lot of meet and some little salt. Taste was boring. Rice was like rice I cook at home (taste) and the meet itself was really soft and without great taste. (15 €) I ordered the rice with Berberizen. It was written in the menu to tell the service of you want to have it on your rice. No additional charge was outlined. So it came, and was charged with 3 €. Sorry that’s not satisfying at all. Best thing was, that I were able to pack the rest of the food by myself and had it pimped up at home the next day. Ambiente is not special at all and it’s definitely a non Halal restaurant. Positive thing is the amount of food. So one ⭐️ out of five. So to sum up: I will never go there again. Instead I let my friends cook. Tastes much much better.

Service and Italian red wine was great. Thank you. Food was underwhelming. Salad was too heavy on the dressing. How about just olive oil and balsamic? More lettuce and lighter on dressing (or on the side) would of been nice. Mixed grill was just okay but nothing extraordinary. Mildly hot peppers requested (twice) weren’t remotely spicy at all.

The eastern atmosphere is nice. Samowar tea is offered with date, tea is really good. We ordered Soltani one is delivered on time, one too late. Chicken plov is good, but with sauce is not good. Lamb is good.

Loved the food on new year 2021 eve! The waiter was good in English communication and helped us explaining the menu. Food was delicious. Will visit again. Being an Indian, i do not appreciate a glass of water being charged here as €2 (which should be free or minimal cost and hence rating it as 4 instead of 5 stars)

Great place, good ambiance and I really appreciate this restaurant for its huge portion! However, being an Indian, I feel they lack flavours and taste. The dish we ordered was way too bland and feta cheese was extremely salty. I would visit this restaurant next time only to try their grill specialties. Otherwise, friendly staffs and budget friendly place!! UPDATE: I visited this place again to try some other specialities this time and they were really nice. Only thing is this time I didn’t like their Sauce/gravy because it was a little sweet. Otherwise I had a great experience this time and also upgrading my stars from 3 to 4 because the food really pleased us. Let’s see what this restaurant holds for us in future and whether it deserves 5 star!!! 💫

The best persian restaurant I have ever tried. Everything is perfect, food quality, the service level and general atmosphere of the place. Food is very tasty and portions are big! The waiter was very decent, always checking on us. Waiting time for food is quiet short. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

The best Persian food I have ever tasted. The food is super delicious that you will always remember its taste and want to come back often. They have many options in the menu that you can choose from. The presentation is great and the food portion is very generous that it will leave you filled up for the rest of the day, which is a great plus that I like about this restaurant. The ambient of the restaurant is not the best, but it is also not bad. The service is good in general. It is not cheap, but also not very overpriced like some other restaurants in comparison to the kind of food and the portion size.

Very delicious food. I ordered chef koch platte for 2 persons and the meat was really tender kinda melting in your mouth. starters are super tasty👌🏻tastes like homemade. Very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended. I will def go back every time I visit Frankfurt!!super👌👌👌

They wanted us to pay for things that we did not order and did not eat, we had to wait at least 30 min for them to come to give us a menu, this after that we went to ask them if we can have a menu, the service was horrible, and paying for things that we didn’t eat its really rude, and the smell of the toilet is horrible, we had to smell the toilet every time someone went to the toilet, price are really high. I don’t recommend for anyone to go there

Came on Sunday at lunch time and restaurant was half empty but it quickly got full. On a sunny day there are also some tables outdoor. We enjoyed our meal but our dishes were just ok. I don’t mean bad, they tasted good but nothing that I would go back to try again. Service was fine.

The food is very delicious and the taste is authentic Iranian, the behavior of the staff is good, make sure to make a reservation before going. There were 8 of us, and even though we had a reservation in advance, the restaurant was full when we arrived, and we waited 15 minutes until we were assigned a table. The appetizers came early, but the main course took 45 minutes. BUT It was totally worth it Recommended .

It was unfortunately very unpleasant experience overall. Oh the plus side, food was good. However, they had the worst service I have experienced. We waited about 30 min to get menus. They did not come and I had to go and get them. Then no one came to take our order. After another 30 min I went to the waiter to ask to order. The one time one of the waitresses was close by, we ordered additional bread for the starters and of course, it didn’t come. Even though we ordered our mains right at the beginning, apparently they have forgotten them, so nothing came and I had to go and ask for them as well. We sat at the table at 8:20 pm and we had our mains course at 10 pm. Even for the bill I had to go and ask them and no one even came after for us to pay. Basically, every time we needed a waiter I had to go and ask. On top of that someone was smoking inside. Additionally, it seems like a few people were celebrating something and they put the music up for them without asking us, being right next to the speakers. I would definitely not go there again.

Good Iranian food taste, staffs are good and at service but unfortunately their attempts of being cool sometimes give a negative feeling to customers! unfortunately I felt uncomfortable by one of staffs who constantly joking and tried to be cool. Side dishes are almost good and kebabs are really nice though.

One of the best restaurants in Frankfurt. Quality, price and taste are great. The personal is super friendly and will explain the dishes, in case you don’t know what they are. I’ve been a couple of times, trying new dishes and they are all delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant. Super good!!!👌👌👌👌

This is the second Iranian restaurant I visited in Frankfurt and can honestly say it was of lesser quality compared to a competitor. Firstly. The ambiance is classy but lightly persian themed. Which is okay for more professional moment. The service is good, the waiters are kind and offer quick service and also ask if everything is as we wish for. The food however, was not as expected. It was less tasty, the salad is just from the supermarket with a sauce added to it. The bread is libanese and not Persian. And the rice seemed a bit overcooked. The presentation was nice and I like the platings they used. As this place got pretty high reviews, we can say that this is a moment review and may differ from moment to moment. After calling them, they said that they offer Halal meat. Also there is some vegetarian options.

It is a wonderful place to visit. We congratulate happy birthday my friend. Chef dishes are delicious. We'll come back soon as well.

Average food, decent ambiance.

What we liked: - Nice atmosphere - Big portions > you won't go home hungry - Starter on the house What we did not like: - I ordered Tofu with Walnut sauce for 15 Euros and I had two small pieces of tofu in the sauce. Besides that, I personally would not recommend the walnut/ paradise apple sauce for people who have never eaten Persian. It has a very singular taste.

Good and friendly place. The foods are testy, with complimentary salad. I will recommend this place.

Great ambience with delicious food. The Soltani and jooje soltani was absolutely delicious and authentic. The service was superb, everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Will 100% visit again!

First time eating Persian food and I loved it! Great service and great food! Our waiter was amazing. The portions were so huge that we immediately wished I didn’t order the fried shrimp appetizer, but at the same time, it was so delicious. We were given some olives, cheese parsley, and greens with flatbread, so that was basically another appetizer, but free. Everything we had was delicious and complimentary tea to top it off was great, too. Definitely coming back again.

The food was not so tasty. The quality was good but lacked seasoning and flavor. The portion was so big that the 4 of us could not eat it all, although we were all very hungry. The atmosphere was good and quiet with very nice staff. At the end we got tea from house also and that was cute.

Wer eine etwas andere Küche mag, ist hier prima aufgehoben. Geschmacklich prima und sehr ordentliche Portionen. Also, ein Hauptgericht dürfte normalerweise ausreichen, um satt zu werden.

Overrated! Kebabs mostly taste like Arabic kebabs and the items on appetizer tray could be improved (in terms of taste and variety). Also there are no special Persian drinks on the menu and the vibe is not what you expect at a Persian restaurant.

We had food there on the weekend it was really terrible, and when we complaint about it, just simply apologise for it and we had to pay the hole amount. Dafinatly it's not recommended.
