Very nice for walking, chilling on the meadow or bench. Nice view of the skyline or sunset from many benches. Great orchards and mixed culture. Quiet and clean. Lots of paths for walking or cycling. Many buildings still remain from the former BUGA. There is sufficient parking space around the entrances. I recommend bringing a picnic blanket, sunscreen and something cold to drink.

Terrible these days!! I know that no one wants to hear the fairy tale about the good old days anymore. But folks, this has only been around for a few years. Actually, it shouldn't be a problem to take the rubbish you bring with you back with you. Welcome to the brave new times.

Extensive landscape park with walking paths through meadows and the (unfortunately smaller) Ginnheimer Wäldchen with a variety of individual facilities such as sports fields, tennis courts, fitness trails, playgrounds for all ages including a water playground and skate park as well as several restaurants, all on the grounds of the Federal Horticultural Show from 1989. Cycling is allowed and makes sense due to the large park area.

Suddenly really hot again. Therefore not Lantern Festival but with RMV to Frankfurt West. Shopping done on Leipziger Straße. It partly has a southern flair, but street cafes, cyclists, pedestrians and then the many city tanks and flashy cars ruin a lot of this atmosphere. Great cycle paths through the large Niddapark. The nutrias at the Praunheimer Altarm are always worth a visit. Nidda cycle path to the Hausen outdoor pool and further to the huge Brentano Bad with a stop in the beautiful Brentano Park.

One of the best parks for running in Frankfurt. It has great playgrounds and plenty of places for picnicking.

One of the most wonderful parks in the area. For dog lovers it is a blessing. So much space for the dogs to run free and enjoy themselves. The park is well maintained and clean.

The Volkspark Niddatal is one of the largest green spaces in Frankfurt. In the park, meadows and forest areas are harmoniously combined and you can easily walk for 30 minutes without leaving the park. The park is also very easy to access. You can take the U1 or U9 to Niddapark station, the U6 to the Hausen terminus or the M72 or M73 buses to the Hausen stop. There are also kiosks, benches and playgrounds as well as a view of the Nidda. All in all, I can definitely recommend Niddapark.

Also on the grounds of the Ginnheimer Wäldchen, this decaying tree doesn't know whether to stay or fall.

Nice place for a walk, running, biking or just relaxing on the grass. A little more maintenance would be good though.

I went for a walk there in the sunshine. There are many paths, a playground and a few benches. It seems to be a popular place for dog owners, but it was a bit too dog-heavy for me. Good parking options. There is also an inn. I liked it.

Very dry grass, not green like I’m used to seeing at parks. Play equipment needed some repairs. The climbing thing (jungle gym.) for kids was nice, swings were cool too. All being used. 😦 pretty clean. Felt safe. Wasn’t too exciting.

Ideal for dog owners. The dog portion of the park is very large and it is even recommended to take them off the leash.

Beautiful park. Great place to run or stroll around. AND there is a parkrun there every Saturday, which is a great way to stay active in community.

Nice, big park. Grilling is forbidden. It has a Trinkhalle, many playgrounds, gardens, benches, and is dog friendly.
