Decent three-star hotel near the airport. Pretty basic rooms with no fridge. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but it costs 6 euros to get back to the airport (about half the price of a taxi, so if you are solo, best to take the shuttle). Didn't try the food, but the front desk service was excellent.

Fair hotel near airport: Room is standard. No amenities: Best aspect is park and fly. Serious flaw in their airport shuttle. Shuttle is free from airport to hotel but doesn’t operate 12 pm to 4pm! It just so happens that the shuttle FROM the airport to hotel is the free one. The shuttle TO the airport from the hotel is NOT free and costs 6 euro per person. It also doesn’t run 12 pm to 4pm! Better to take an uber. Would love to hear why shuttle doesn’t run to or from the airport during peak times?

Perfect place to stay if you need catch a flight or long distance train the next day. Easy to get to/from the airport by taxi (~10 EUR - 10 min) or S8/9 train (~3 EUR - 30 min total train+walk). Nice comfortable rooms and good breakfast buffet (pay extra). Part of Radisson group, so professional and very kind staff! See you next time! 👌👍🙏😇 Special thanks to receptionist Pascal S. for the smooth and warm welcome. And the complimentary Platinum member beer! 👍👍👍

Conveniently located across from the Frankfurt Terminal 2 Airport, Park Inn By Radisson was our choice for an overnight stay due to an early flight the next morning. Everything was great from the checking in at the reception until checking out the next morning. The room size is reasonable, the mattress comfortable and the sheets were nicely made, clean and new. The only negatives I had are the following: 1. No fridge, no drinking water, no tea and coffee making facilities, no kettle jug to boil your own. 2. No safe to keep your belongings. 3. No body lotion (there is a 3 in one body, hand and hair wash though). 4. No complimentary toothbrushes, shavers, shower caps or slippers. Good news is - everything I mentioned above including snacks and toothbrushes are available downstairs at the reception, for a price at their little mini shop there. Heheh... I have no complaints now.

It's a good hotel with good rooms. Food is great. If you arrive by car there is a garage which cost 24€ a day. It's also underground so only staff and other guests can access it. It's also close to a super market and restaurants so it's easy to find stuff to eat werther your looking for a snack or a full meal. Only downside is that it's far away from the center and electric scooters are not allowed to park here due to the airport. So if you do not have a car or anything else to travel with, you'll have to take a Taxi. Staff gives great service and are very helpful. So looking for a room to rest, this is very good, if you looking for something close to Frankfurt city center, this is not it.

Hotel is situated near the airport , it is clean and quiet. The big problem is that there is no way you cand contact the hotel in case you need this. We arrived in the airport about 10:40 pm and we knew their shuttle is working until 11:00 pm. So I wrote an email before arriving asking for exact location of the shuttle in the airport. They never answered. After arrival in airport I called them at least 5 times. No answer. I did not like that at all.

It's 5 am and I'm almost smiling because this hotel was excellent. Large room with a kitchen corner, genuinely kind staff and a timely and professional airport shuttle, though that cost €6 extra.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel provides a shuttle service from the airport. Vlos to the hotel is a REWE supermarket and The Italian restaurant. Rooms are great, especially the bed. Only missing coffee machine or kettle in the room. A higher category of room provides it.

I like this hotel, as it is close to the airport, the rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I have stayed here several times. The only thing that I didn’t like is the breakfast. I was very upset that they didn’t serve fresh bread or rolls. The bakery products were just dry and didn’t taste good. The choice was okay. But for 12€ I would expect a bit more or at least fresh products. But all in all my stay was good.

Good place to crash in. About 5 mnts walk from the gateway garden train station with s8/9 from the airport. Or if you like walking it’s a very good walk of 1.9 kms. Staff is super friendly and the hotel has restaurant which offers breakfast and dinner for around 12 euros. Clean rooms !

Next level of experience…. Well maintained room… super clean and very friendly staff…. Super quality of food during breakfast and very kids friendly service…. We loved our stay and highly recommend it especially with kids… Easily accessible from main station and from the station just before airport (gateway Gardens)….

Definitely a place to stay when you are in transit. Cosy and there a lot of nice places to eat around there. The rooms are clean and nice to stay in. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The service was good. And there are always tax waiting at the lobby. All in all, it was a good stay

Really close to the airport. Airport shuttle for 6 euros. My room had some moisture smell but was very clean but overall great value for money. A good hotel for a night in frankfurt to recharge before catching another flight.

Spent an evening at the Park Inn. Convenient and free shuttle from the airport (6 euros return). The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Having the Rewe across the street was perfect, with all of the businesses in the area it has a large supply of ready-to-eat food. Utensils are sold at the salad bar. We walked back to the terminal. Park Inn's site indicates it is 1 km, that's to Terminal 2. Terminal 1 is an additional .9 km, just keep following the sidewalk. There is a bus stop down the street from the hotel, however the information at the stop stated it did not run on Sunday. We did not check out the train which is just behind the hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, great location. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Breakfast is not included, 12 euros per person, but it’s totally worth it in my opinion. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Solid option that delivers a good stay near FRA airport. Rooms are larger than expected and well maintained, the bedding is particularly good. Staff at reception (Mr Benjamin) was very helpful. Second day after the housekeeping service the room was spotless as well. Right opposite the hotel are a lively Italian restaurant and a full-scale supermarket, so there really is everything you’ll need close by. I deducted one star because maintenance and cleanliness of the hallways and to some extent the design of the bathrooms could be better.

It’s really amazing and peaceful. Requires a good rest overnight . You can either take a taxi or a bus route , both are available outside the terminal.

Great hotel, very close to the airport. Perfect for an early morning fight. The staff are very professional and friendly. The restaurant is great and perfect for a quick dinner. The breakfast is also good. To get to the hotel you can either take the shuttle bus it's free to go to the hotel and 6 euros to come back. You can also take the train only one stop away from the airport then a 2 minute walk. Once again thank you to all the staff who were there to help the customers.

Located quite close to the airport is a good choice to stay. The area is new with several hotels around and you would pay at an average 100-120€ per night. There is a shuttle to the airport at 6€ per person, and breakfast is extra normally not included.

Staff was very nice. They gave us the room before checking in time when they saw us very tired. Comfy bed and excellent location near the airport.

CANCEL your booking now! The aircon has been broken in most rooms for over a week. Reception confirmed they have a known long-term problem affecting multiple rooms. Trying to be worse than sleeping on an economy flight or airport chair. Aircon broken, slow check in, no robes, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, stuffy room, one tiny flat lumpy pillow. Having finally got showered and into bed after midnight, to discover the aircon was showing a spanner error. It's 27⁰C, no robes, and too hard at that stage to ask for another room. One tiny pillow, thin and lumpy. No use for sleeping or to sit up in bed. The duvets were probably warm and thick but all we wanted was a separate sheet. There is no sheet. Too hot? Tough luck. Free tea and coffee at reception but by then you will be up and dressed, and may as well go out. Why train check-in staff at 23.30 when we just want to get to the room and sleep?! Breakfast is worse than the airport lounge. Arriving at 2300 there is no shuttle, it's too far to walk 25 minutes in the rain, and too close for the taxi. Taxis were refusing to take us.

Very nice hotel close to the Frankfurt airport. It has very comfortable meeting rooms so if you are looking to rent a meeting room for a quick meeting near the Frankfurt airport I would highly recommend this hotel.

Simple Clean unpassionate stay for when waiting for the next flight. Rates seem cheaper than near by but if you add the taxi transfer has they have no shuttle bus it is similar.

Convenient hotel close to airport. About 10 mins by cab to terminal 2. Rooms were fine. Staff could be more friendly.

We arrived, and our room’s air conditioner didn’t work. The guy at the front desk said he would come check it, but he never did, so I went down again. He gave us new keys to a different room and said we could move rooms. So we did. But the second room didn’t have a refrigerator or kettle. The dispensers with soap and body wash were empty. Every evening when we returned to the hotel (we stayed three nights), our room key didn’t work. The room and bathroom itself aren’t very nice, a little rundown. I would not recommend this place.

Free coffee in the lobby & I am sold. :) The staff are both friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a good option for a hotel close to the airport. Keep in mind it is almost a 30 minute walk from the airport train station.

Good hotel. Very reasonable prices. Clean and clean minutes away from the S-Bahn Station. Only one stop to the airport. Perfect. Hotel offers free coffee and tea. Parking underneath. Breakfast and a small shop in the hotel foyer.

Room was clean, but the bathroom cleaning needs more attention. There was not clear in the website how to reach the hotel from the airport. Missed information about Free bus transfer, Google maps not working on the train S8/S9 from airport, so is easy to miss the station. Contact phone in Google was useless in that case, and can be used only to cancel of change the reservation.

Good location for a transit stop. One stop on the train from the airport.. Good value for money. Only thing was restaurant is limited, I think due to Covid.

It is a good place to stay. A long walk to terminal 2 or a short can ride! If you walk make sure you turn right and cross the street when you get to the bottom of the ramp from the airport. You will need to turn right eventually, and if you miss this spot it is a long way to the next one! Look at a map on your phone.

The young lady at the reception first refused me my room that I had booked on booking.com, asked me to sit and wait in the lobby for 30 minutes at 22:30-23:00, while she expedited at least 15 other customers. This was because she was unable to find my booking in her system made through booking.com. I have never had this problem at any other hotel in any other country, which leads to the only conclusion that the staff selection and quality is horribly lacking and will potentially ruin your vacation travels. Stay away from this correctly underpriced hotel. Far, far away.

Nice clean room and helpful staff. Quite sizeable with a good shower. Everyone made us, and our dog feel welcome.

I personally really liked our double bed room, it was very quiet and you could barely even hear the planes even though it's so close to the airport. However our shower was sadly broken and the bathroom was a little bit dirty. The way to the airport is pretty close, the streets are just a bit complicated so it took us three tries to actually find our terminal. Overall I would book it again

The hotel is very well placed to reach Frankfurt Airport. One subway stop away. The area is still under construction and appears unfinished. Service is basic, a few seats outside to take a drink (no service there). Rooms are basic, but stylish. I would have loved to be able to open the window. Mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug.. Shower was good and most importantly really good mattresses. My back woke up very happy. Friendly service at check in.

The hotel is quite new, the staff at the reception are very friendly and made our stay pleasurable. They have a bar which is open until 4 am in the morning and a self service shop which sells sandwiches, wraps and drinks and can be brought up to the room with a robot. They were very kind offering us late checkout without hesitation. The only thing to improve: the shower drain was a but slow and didn‘t smell well. Otherwise we had a great time in Gateway Gardens!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was really clean and room was big enough. Apart from that the airport and station were super close. Overall I loved its customer services. Thank you so much for your assistance and great service

Good hotel for the price paid deep being booked less than 24 hours before. Hotel is showing a bit of wear but room was very clean. Also just 3 minute walk away from the train stop, just 1 stop away from airport.

Great location. We chose to take a taxi because of our luggage and it was €8 to the terminal. Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!

I am an American living in Germany, so maybe I am used to the comforts of home. Yet, this was pretty bad. First, there is no AC or ventilation of any kind in the bathroom. Second, the rooms are so small that the only place to put a crib for my daughter was near the front door in the hallway. Third, the pillows were both very flat and they didn't even have pillow cases. Instead, they used flat sheets to wrap around the pillows. Which comes off as you are sleeping. Fourth, there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room to be found. I will not ever book with them again! How much are pillow cases?! Really?! If you book with them, get a separate room for your kid or kids and bring your own pillows!

A couple of small things cost them a star. Their name didn't appear on the hotel shuttle bus list (catch the holiday inn bus), it was Sunday night so the restaurant was closed. Tv station options not good. Instant hot water in the shower was good.

I was at the hotel yesterday on January 11, 2022, at 3 a.m., I found the receptionist young man very helpful, the hotel is very clean, the staff are nice, especially since I find it at night, young man (I think his name is aladdin), the breakfast buffet is super delicious, the place of the hotel is startigique 2 steps away from the airport, with a Tesla station in the car park which I find very practical especially for charging my tesla. I recommend this hotel.

  • 3/5 Theresa R. 1 year ago on Google
Clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. However no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom and no room service after 10pm which isnt ideal for a airport hotel.

  • 3/5 Jurgen R. 2 years ago on Google
The location is not within walking distance from the passenger terminals and the hotel does not offer a shuttle service. The rooms are adequate with a comfortable bed but not much else to write home about... The restaurant options are very limited and the Wener Schnitzel at €24 was of poor quality. Breakfast, however, was adequate with good choices.

A good, clean, and modern hotel. Some airplane noise but otherwise it is very quiet. A supermarket and great Italian restaurant next door. The self check in could use a little help.

My worst stay ever in a hotel. I paid for one night 157 euro. Shampoo and body wash bottles dry empty, no sanitation kits, no bottled water in the rooms. 5 star JW hotel suite in dubai is cheaper than this room here.

  • 4/5 Michelle C. 1 year ago on Google
Shared shuttle service is not appealing. Room was quite good but pillow too flat. One of few hotels with hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Staff friendly and welcoming Convenient location with REWE nearby. Will not hesitate to book again.

I have never stayed in a hotel that offers 1 pathetic thin pillow. When I asked for a second I was told "there are no extras allowed". I know Park Inn is a bit on the budget side, but the hotel is not full (and I'm a status customer). Very disappointed.

  • 2/5 Cheryl K. 1 year ago on Google
The only benefit on staying here, which I won't do it again, is because it is close to the airport and there is a little food market close by for any essentials. The room/shower were dirty, has a musty smell, the bed feels hard as a rock and the hallway on this floor... So many stains and. if you stay on the 2nd floor, just know you are getting the bottom barrel of room quality.

  • 1/5 Paul C. 1 year ago on Google
No fridge, no kettle and a shuttle service that charges six Euros every time you want to use it but then doesn't operate from 11pm and driver takes a break between 12 & 4pm. The one time time I did manage to use the shuttle the bus driver was very aggressive, not only with me but with lots of people. Shameful Radisson!
