We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and the biggest disappointment was upon discovering that the hotel does not provide a room cleaning service! It wasn't mentioned on the booking aggregator and nothing was in the reviews. The receptionist also didn't say a word, advertising instead free collection of Tees and fruits. There are cards informing you about the lack of the room service in the room itself. Therefore, beware - you need to ask on reception to clean your room. However I'm taking a star off, because the next time asked not even to clean, but to simply take away the trash and change the towels - nothing was done. At the late evening I ended up having 1 tiny bathroom trash completely filled, because the room service didn't do what I asked them to. The hotel states that they are caring about the ecology. Great, but then don't charge the prices as hotels, who cleans daily. Hostels and apartments do not clean (maybe for the eco reason as well?), but they are less conveniently less expensive. The location of the place is a good one, 1 S/U bahn station way from the city center.

We stayed there 1 night in January. Excellent place and we'd stay there again. ~5 minute walk from the S-bahn station with easy connections to HbF and the airport. Good food and grocery options within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable with ample space to spread out. The check-in staff was friendly and spoke English. We felt safe and will definitely stay here again on any return trip to Frankfurt. A+

The hotel is not in not in central Frankfurt as shown by the low price. One train stop from the main station two from Central Frankfurt. It is an amazing location! Friendly staff and a small kitchen what else do you want?

Incredibly uncomfortable and the staff do not care - shrugging off our discomfort. Hotel refused to refund a future booking that we unfortunately still have. The rooms are boiling hot with no air con. Hard beds with one cheap thin pillow. If you open the window, which you will have to, you get street noise and light from the street lamps as well as a bright blue light on the ceiling near the bed. Everything is painted in a depressing dark grey which matches the hotel’s building site situation. Avoid.

Apartment equipped with everything, comfortable and very clean. The structure is managed with seriousness (Steven is very nice and professional) and is located in an excellent position in the city, as well as quiet and well connected by public transport. Fully satisfied, I will be back!

The most uncomfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We got hardly any sleep and felt awful in the morning. The beds are hard. The single pillow provided are cheap and thin. The whole hotel is extremely hot. There’s no air-con. The windows open but you get road noise and light from the street lamps and the room doesn’t cool down anyway. There’s also a bright blue light on the ceiling which you can’t do anything about. The staff don’t care at all - they just shrug off our complaints and refuse to do anything. Unfortunately I have a future booking which the hotel refuses to refund us for. It’s also a building site with broken doors, etc. Everything is dark grey and depressing. This hotel really is BOLD in the worst sense of the word. AVOID. 0/10.

The Bold Hotel was great for what I needed. I needed a place for a couple nights that was within walking distance to the events I was attending, as well as within close proximity to the train. I stayed here one night and then another two nights the following week. The first room was clean and comfortable. The second room was not as clean, unfortunately. The staff was very kind and helpful. I don’t know if I’d stay here more than a night or two in the summer, but that’s only because I’m used to AC in America and I’m a whimp when it comes to heat. Overall an okay stay for its affordability.

We loved staying here! The price was fantastic, only €49 on weekends and the room was clean, with a small kitchen and free WiFi. The lower rooms are close to the street and it can get noisy. Free coffee and tea is available all day, which was a great perk. The staff is super friendly. Thank you for making our stay a pleasure!

The hotel is in the perfect location for the trade show. Rooms are clean and nicely done, staff is friendly. service is marked down because the building site has gone worse within a year and the ongoing lack of a reliable solution for breakfast is just not acceptable when considering how much the room price has gone up vs. 2022 and also in comparison to other hotels in the area.

The room is fine, but the hotel is undergoing rebuilding and renovation which meant that the rooms underneath and Infront of mine had builders actively working (e.g. using hammers) from 7am. This is unacceptable as a hotel has a duty to provide quiet hours of rest and work.

Minimalistic design, clean rooms and very friendly staff, conveniently located next to the S-bahn station. No elevator. Each room equipped with small kitchenette.

I was here a year ago and now it has changed a lot. This is a poor hotel for workers, parties, alcohol, drunken guest singing when the reception is closed, yes it is closed! This cannot be reported anywhere, the reception is closed at night, the phones are not answered. It's awful. I do not recommend. It's a pity as it used to be a very nice hotel

Staff is absolutely disgusting. Came here for a short business stay in Frankfurt. The chubby guy with tattoo's had the attitude of a bus driver. He also was jokingly making fun of Dutch people right when I walked away from the reception. That guy has to go back to his mcdonalds job and your hotel is not worth anyone's money. Bye bye

Rooms were nice and clean, service counter was friendly and the booking experience was very good. Only thing : the hotel did not inform on the website beforehand that due to rebuilding and renovation there was no parking space. We came together as a family from different places to visit our mother in Frankfurt living nearby, and we would have liked to use a lobby or a place to sit together in the evening. This facility also was closed due to renovation. That the coffee for which we could get vouchers was closed over Christmas, was also not revealed. This was not a big issue as we walked over to Skyline Plaza where they offered a great breakfast on the 26th of December. I woudl have appreciated more transparent informaton on current limitations of service and facilities.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. As one might expect this hotel is quite small, but the space is used very well. Everything in our room was clean and new. There's a cute bathroom, comfy queen size bed, and a kitchenette so you can make your own meals. A couple blocks from a supermarket, so you're all set. Also very close to a metro line that can bring you downtown very quickly. If you're travelling and looking for a place to stay on a budget, I would definitely recommend this place. Con: - no elevators. Not a problem for me, but some people may be deterred by this.

Loved our one night here! Friendly and welcoming staff let us check in early after a 14-hour flight. The room was well equipped to self-cater. Very chic interior. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is great. The staff and management are really laid-back. It is a vibrant atmosphere. Room was ideal. It's apartment style with a good refrigerator and cooking facilities. Just a 3-minutes walk from the tram and train station, and from there a couple of minutes ride to the main railway station. There are also many eateries and supermarkets nearby. I can definitely recommend this place.

Staff go into rooms when no guests are present and check wardrobes> my hidden camera took pictures. Why are you checking someone's stuff?

Rooms modern but dirty. They haven't cleaned up after previous guests. When we asked about it, the staff said that we could go to another hotel, and it was already after 8 pm!!!
