Excellent location (choose rear exit when arriving via Ubahn U4 from the main station), nice small and personal hotel, family run, generous rooms. First arrival after 8pm must be arranged, have card key afterwards.

The hotel is away from the city center. The room was a bit hot ( August) and it didn't have any AC. Room was big enough, clean. Parking was not an issue around, you can find free parkings on the street. Overall it's basic in every aspect.

This is For Herr. Jorg, Thank you for helping me last week. Just wanted to mention that he is really a nice man and helped me when I needed the most. On a public holiday everything is closed and I was in Frankfurt for some work at Embassy. They asked me to get some additional prints and as every shop was closed I reluctantly approached this hotel if they can help me with it. Herr Jorg happily helped me and that saved my day . I have not stayed in the hotel but just gauging by this gesture it must be an awesome place to stay as well.

Cozy and clean hotel for a business trip, well connected to Hauptbahnhof and old City center

Had the pleasure of staying here for a couple nights with my family and was very happy. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and quite comfortable. The staff was also helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. I particularly liked the location as the metro is very close and there are many stores and restaurants just outside your door. We would certainly come back again.

Cosy atmosphere, good location with cafes and variety of restaurants ranging from Asian thru German, Italian, etc. FANTASTIC BREAKFASTS and friendly staff. I am personally not a big fan of the interiors especially the room with a double bed and pillows of very big or very small size. The furniture look cheap and heavy, very small working desk, slow internet...this is no surprise in Germany. Prices during fairs ridiculously high: 240€+ per night. Total generous 3.5*

Hotel West is a great little private hotel in Frankfurt at a good price, convenient for the U Bahn, very clean and tidy with an excellent breakfast at. Definitely recommendable and I would stay there again with any hesitation.

It's a very good hotel for its price. With a walk of 30 minutes and you are at the most famous part of town
