Ich verstehe echt nicht, weshalb alle über KAUFHOF meckern! Alles ist wohl geordnet, übersichtlich, und das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett. heute haben wir für meine frau und mich unsere komplette neue Winterbekleidung für mehrere Hundert Euro dort gekauft. Alles prima ... und dazu noch 20 Prozent Rabatt auf alles. Was will man mehr...!?

Erster Besuch im Kaufhof Galeria Frankfurt. Ich wurde erschlagen von der Größe. Endlich mal wieder einen Kaufhof wie ich ihn von früher kenne. Aufgeräumt, lichtdurchflutet, sauber. Unglaublich viele Etagen, mit schier endloser Auswahl an Produkten und Waren. Ein Erlebnis. Ganz oben im Kaufhof das Restaurant mit Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse hat man natürlich einen rundumblick über Frankfurt. Man muss nicht mal dort was essen oder trinken. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Surprisingly, Frankfurt being German's financial centre, you can't find a comparably large department store or shopping mall in the city centre. Galeria at Hauptwache is the best you can get. Having said that, it is still a decent place for an enjoyable shopping experience especially after they have renovated and expanded recently. The place, already a premium department store, now looks more modern and has more floor space to display its goods. My favourite is the Markthalle at the basement where they carry a good collection of wines, champagnes, sparkling wines, liquors and spirits, top quality seafood, raw and cured meats, vegetables, fruits and other produces. You just need to not paying too much attention to the price tags. After all you need to pay for quality and their pricing is not outrageous. There are a champagne and wine bar where you can taste some wines and champagnes by the glass, a Japanese/Asian eatery for sushi, rice or noodle and a counter serving European dishes. With German's obsession with bread, of course there is also a fine bakery to round things up. One thing I don't like too much is the racks and shelves they use to display goods. They seem to be made of iron painted in black which I feel does match too well with the upscaleness they want to cultivate after the renovation (may be it's just me!)

Das Geschäft in der Fußgänger hat auf 7. Etagen ein breitgefächertes Sortiment zu bieten. In diesem Kaufhaus kann jeder fündig werden. Das Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk muss man gesehen haben. Im Außenbereich hat man eine super Aussicht über die Stadt. Auch das Bezahlsystem ist eine super Sache.

7/11/23: It is a nice large mall in an upscale shopping 🛍 district. I did not know many of the brands but that was OK. They had a food market, restaurants, & a nice bakery. It is a great asset for the local population & visitors alike.

You can shop almost everything here from food to chocolate to apparel to perfumes to watches to home decor to shoes to flowers.

Tolle Markthalle mit sehr guten Produkten. Alles hat seinen Preis, doch wenn Du Feinkost suchst, bist Du hier genau richtig. Metzgerei, Frischfisch Theme, Käse soweit das Auge reicht, ein eigenes Restaurant (richtig gut) und vieles vieles mehr. Ich schlendere hier gerne durch die Gänge und kann die heiße Theke sehr empfehlen. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bis bald

I only went there to get some cosmetics and as a tourist I wanted to go to the roof terrace to see the panoramic view of Frankfurt. I found what I was looking for and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the city while having a green smoothie in the roof restaurant.

Nicely renovated department store. Good choice of brands. Wide range of products. Some stuff seems to be targeted towards international, particular Chinese, tourists. Tax return counter also available and surrounded by stereotype souvenirs. Restaurant floor definitely an option for lunch. Terrasse with sky line view. Ox cheeks were yummy.

The newly renovated department store is actually much nicer than before. In the basement they have a food market. I really like the new fresh herbs section with a futuristic glass indoor growing cabinet.

View from restaurant was amazing. We wait for a bit but after about 10 minutes we found a free place to sit. Values ​​were quite suitable.

The roof top bar offers a great view of the city center. Keep in mind it closes when the department store does at 8 pm.

We were there to see BTS exhibition. Perfect place aamd the event. You can spend many hours with family on all six stages. Something for women and, of course, children.

All inclusive shopping solution both for locals and Tourists. The Sky lounge has the fantastic view of the city.

Very nice view from the airetage and the basement offers great variety of things. Also they hosted a amazingly great BTS event which was the best event I've been to yet.

Die Aussicht von der Aussenterrasse im 6. Stock auf das Bankenviertel ist beeindruckend und kostenlos. Galeria Kaufhof bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl von Kosmetik über Handtaschen bis hin zu Haushaltswaren. Aktuell gibt es viele Rabatte aufgrund der Insolvenz, was das Einkaufen attraktiv macht.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit fantastischem Blick suf die Skyline. Das Essen ist super. Für Vegetarier gibt es auch etwas. Die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Großer Außenbereich. Glücklich, wer dort einen Platz findet.

I was in Frankfurt for 4 day and visited this department store 3 times. It's nice and luxurious. I especially love the market downstairs offering specialty food items and candies. There is a nice mix of brands both domestic and international.

Good shopping, moderate cloth not to fancy. Very modern atmosphere. Loved the queer 🌈 advertisement.

Spectacular view of the city of Frankfurt from the 7th Floor. Well worth a visit. Good choice of drinks and wide selection of food options, including wok, sausage, burger, salads, pizza and pasta. All reasonably priced. Very clean, upmarket. Recommended.

Not sure if it’s mandatory to pay a fee to use the toilet or not. The female staff outside the toilet knew that I couldn’t read German, she told me it was mandatory to pay a fee even though I had made purchase at the store. 70 cent wasn’t a huge amount of money, but the staff was very rude.

All you need packed in 7 floors. The most beautiful part of it is the terrace/restaurant with breathtaking view on Frankfurt.

A very attractive place for those looking for new experiences. Wheelchair facilities are easily accessible. The environment is cheerful and very relaxing. It is easy to get there by train, metro and bus. You can easily find other access routes through the Google Map guide. Car parking is easily available and you can park at the nearest distance. The bicycle and motorcycle parking place is very close. Mobile antenna is very good. High speed internet is available.

One of the best, affordable outlets in downtown Frankfurt. Six floors of merchandise, from clothing to kitchen appliances, sport equipment to perfumes and many other products. Decent prices for top Couture Fashion Brands. You can even order a new set of keys at Akram’s. REWE food store is at -1 and a nice restaurant at 7 , with a view.

If you ever visit Frankfurt, you must try visiting the restaurant on the 7th floor of Galeria Frankfurt... Food is average, but the view is amazing!

This is a concept I wish we had in North America. Typical department store but generally with a supermarket with fine foods in the basement and a restaurant with an assortment of food and drinks on the top floor. The restaurant has a terrace with great views of the city where you can have a drink or a meal. About the later, the only issue is most people smoke and you won't have fresh air to with the view.

I frequently visit this place, and it offers a fantastic shopping experience. The cosmetics section is well-stocked and thoughtfully organized, making it enjoyable to browse. I particularly enjoy purchasing perfumes and cosmetics here. Additionally, the supermarket on the ground floor provides a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.

Nice views from the tarrace, overlooking the busy streets of Hauptwache, Frankfurt. Crowded most of the time. Many options to eat from different eateries of the restaurant. Some mock tails or beverage would accompany a beautiful sunny day.

They have the range, place is big and staff were helpful. Allow a few hours, food hall is the perfect place to recharge afterwards 👌

I like the new look of Galeria Kaufhof now,after its renovation its looks luxurious but still with a affordable prices to purchase. I personaly like the gourmet concept on its supermarket and interior design on the floors. Its more enjoyable to do a shopping inside Galeria.

Congratulations on the renovation works. Looks stunning. Love the new ground floor and grocery store is just fantastic. Impressed.

Clean, very nice interior after the renovation, older and very competent staff, almost everyone speaks English, when there are sales the prices are really lower. Still the best for shopping of different items

On the last floor I could buy beer glasses receiving such a courtesy during the purchase that I was tempted to leave the woman a tip. She helped me sorting out the items, she personally brought them to the counter in order to make it easier for me and packed them. Once I asked whether she had a box of no usage for them in order to pack my glasses (bought somewhere else) she tried to provide me, as well. Wonderful wonderful wonderful service. The items were super qualitative and I am really very very satisfied on being there. I wish such personnel will be rewarded for the dedication to their profession. 10+!

We bought xylophon while on trip in Frankfurt. No thanks to your quality check team, they didn't make sure xylophon has the stick inside the box.. After reaching back home in Munich, we open the toy and no stick in it. Any chance we get a refund or the xylophon stick from your Munich branch?

Offers an extremely varied number of brands. I recommend for everyone to try visiting it while there are sales as you will be able to find extremely good deals. Overall amazing infrastructures and a vast range of products, from housing to shoes and beachwear. Would recommend for anyone to visit while shopping in the area.

This is just great!! One if the most amazing departmental shop in basement. 6 levels of shopping with almost everything one could imagine and to top it up, one of the best restaurant/eatery on the seventh floor with terrace and amazing views of the city(don't miss it). Need 3G to enter the restaurant. Things not to miss - chocolate and alcohol collection, all you can eat breakfast!

Loved this shopping store. So many floors and so many departments and so many brands, it was well worth the visit. Pricing is also quite reasonable as I was at the Myzeil center prior to that and compared pricing. Found winter Jackets for my 3 girls (aged under 12) when i couldn't find anywhere else. Lastly, the food floor was amazing as well. Tasty pizzas and pastas, with freshly squeezed juices. Highly recommend visiting here.
