We went there and were told the place was full but as we left 3 people walked in and were able to go in immediately after we were turned away🙄 mind you we called before hand and made a reservation and they said we could come. I guess we weren’t white enough.

Walked up to the door and let 6 ladies out A man yelled at me asking if I had a reservation. The bar was empty We were debating to enter before that but his interaction said that this place was not worth our time This place didn’t even have the appearance that it should require a reservation.

Was forced to leave. Was informed at 8.45pm that my seat was reserved for 9pm. When asked if I could be relocated, I was told no. Wouldn't have sat there if I was told at the start that the place was booked. Never been told to leave a restaurant, lounge etc before. Didn't even finish my coffee. No compensation either. Very rude.

Really disappointed. The boy who served us first looked at us as if we were from another planet the rest of the staff couldn´t do better. It´s a pity that no one speaks the world language. not only that you feel uncomfortable because other guests are clearly preferred,we´re not told that the grape is already mixed with mint. Simply terrible not recommended!!!!!!

This place was cute and fun. Although i didn't take any shisha because they didnt have without nicotine. Down side about it. Also didn't seem to have a fan system for all the smoke. The music was good! Hip hop, rap, dont know if they change with day's. My blueberry iced tea was delicious. Non alcoholic. This seemed to be the place to go. It was packed. Everyone seemed to be in their 30's and under. Sofas everywhere with tables. I had a 4 person table with little chairs. Loved my experience

Nice ambience except that you have people smoking cigarettes as well and it gets a little hazy inside the place if you aren't a regular Shisha smoker.

Excellent alfakher double apple shisha without mint or other flavors ruining your mood. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. Atmosphere is nice specially in the external open air tables. Highly recommended if you are in Frankfurt. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

Good vibe to enjoy Shisha. Full music. Offering indoor and outdoor area (during summer, because never visited here during winter)

So why two stars? I’ll tell you why! The service!! The guys working there are more like customers than employees! We asked for shisha and we were given good ones, unfortunately one of them had a leaky hose because of a defect. We asked for another one and we were given another one and guess what? It was leaking too with the same defect! At that moment we decided that we’re gonna finish, pay and leave. As I was paying, the guy asked with the blankest face I’ve ever seen “ is everything alright? “ . SERIOUSLY 😒 Never again!! Note to the manager: Teach your staff that a smile goes a long way!!

I do not recommend this bar. We’re from America and we want to try the hookah bars in Germany. So my German friend recommended this lounge. And I've never seen such a bad thing such a bad service apart from that no one could speak English no one cares about you no one asked if we want to drink anything else or if we need new coal in the end we paid for a very bad service The location is really nice and the hookah is also very good but you have to think about your workers

Happy with the experience. Got seated immediately even though we did not have a reservation. Very helpful waitress who spoke perfect English (something unique in Germany as it seems....). Cocktails were Really Good!!!!!! Highly recommend them. And this must have been the best shisha I've had so far ! At the end we paid 30 euro for shisha and two cocktails and we were there for 2-2.5hours.

We love this lounge , it was the second time we Were there and I can say I have never seen such a good waitress The bar was extremely full, but we still got a seat within a few minutes. she was very nice and spoke fluent English, this impressed us because the lady previously spoke no word. we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for our stuff and she always asked us about our well-being The hookah was really good. It was a wonderful experience and we like to come back.
