The shisha is ok but the service team is truly impolite. They said every customer can stay 1 hour only and transfer us from inside to outside sitting and not responding to our orders for drinks and not changing shisha's coal to push us to leave. To be fair we stayed 1 hour and 50 minutes. Really dislike them.

Not great, not terrible. The atmosphere was nice The service was not that good, whenever we wanted something, we looked around and there was no one. Also, we asked for an ash tray for 3 times until they got us one. The Sisha was meh, hard to pull, and the taste was nothing to be proud of. Also, I smoked two heads because there was no taste after 20 minutes and they changed the coals for both heads 1 time in total.

Location is amazing, hookahs taste great and outside atmosphere is fitting. Some of the staff are a bit mean, but others are really nice. Prices are also okay given its Frankfurt. Stays open late into the night which is great if you have to catch a late train. Not very suitable for groups more than 7 people. Overall would recommend

Brief and worst experience in frankfurt! We went this afternoon to sit and smoke hoooka. A young man, bartender came in and inquires if we made reservation for the the spot. To be clear , there were plenty of spots inside and outside and my friend was very familiar with the shisha bar. We politely ask him when did start to take reservation. Knowing that we were familiar with the place at this point, he told us the manager told him to ask for reservation. It was clear at the moment, the manager was trying to discourage folks like us, black and brown, to come to his place. I would not recommend any one to go to specific place. I would never spend my penny to business like his.

Service was impolite. Asked for more coals probably 5-7 time and still never got them. Wanted to buy more drinks but no one came over. The people that worked there were just smoking hookah themselves not really caring about there clientele. Won’t go back. Shisha not worth it.

Visited this beautiful lounge whilst travelling from London! I ended up going a few times and every time the service, the vibe and the shisha was incredible! Staff are so friendly and polite! The shisha is so flavourful and the music is incredible! A real place to visit and not to miss!

Low level service inside! Refuse to entrance because of smart casual out fit, do you think you are Michelin start restaurant????? My Jogging Hose can pay at least all your team one month salary. Just read some other comments, understood maybe because of I am Asia… what kind of stupid bar are you ?

Very nice place - brand new equipment and great shisha (I am really picky so you can trust me on this), comfy chairs and good drinks - please ignore the bad reviews talking about noise in the street - it was very quiet when I was there and the people were very nice - pricing was very reasonable for the quality - the only one thing to remember, they only take cash, so go to the ATM first!

We were moved to different table for some reason. They gave a table for 2 and asked 3 of us to sit there. It was uncomfortable

Very ambiently lit shisha lounge, serving good variety of flavours, from pear to watermelon. I woul definitely recommend the fresh mint tea as a perfect accompliment with the shisha. We came here two nights in a row to round off a relaxing evening after dinner nearby.
