We have been here many times as a family since we live nearby. Recently they had a new menu with price increases. I have uploaded pictures of the new menu. 🔸Service🔸 The service here was never great and the staff always looked a bit grumpy. We thought maybe because they were busy. But today we went early and there were only 2 other tables, the service was still poor - They never smiled or greeted😶, didn’t offer child seat, nor extra plate and utensils for our kid, never came and asked if everything is alright and if we need anything..also no thank you or anything said when we paid. They acted as if they hate what they are doing. This affected the whole dining experience. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🔸Main Dish🔸 Japchae (15,50€): The worst I ever had. Tasted just like generic asian imbiss style oily fried noodle… no sesame taste at all. Bulgogi grill dish (40€ for 2 pp): It tasted alright but not exceptional. Sometimes the meat can be chewy depends on your luck. 🔸Side Dish🔸 We always liked the side dishes. They were free to refill previously, but we were told that isn’t the case anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🔸Conclusion🔸 We used to come here regularly despite mediocre service, because of the location (walking distance from home), reasonable price with appropriate portion of food, as well as nice side dishes with free refill. However, with the price increase and no more side dish refill, on top of a unwelcoming service, we won’t come here as often as before anymore.

A Korean leaves a frank review. I don’t review most of the cases, but it made me had to. Servers were quite nice, then even feel sorry to leave this review for them. Germans needs to know, this would be considered an aweful Korean food. The quality of the food, was literally terrible. Frozen galbee(beef rib), never seen before. Tastes like chewing gum. The sauces are way too salty. Like somebody left an opinion, it’s for group tourists. Just like so many “Japanese sushi restaurants” in major cities run by Chinese. No offense, but penetrating. Hope they can improve their food quality.

The Korean bbq marinade on the meat was way too salty. The plate also doesn’t get hot enough for the authentic taste of the char you’d get normally. The other dishes were okay. Decent enough if you really miss Korean food

Amazing Korean restaurant with delicious and hugely sized dishes and very friendly staff. We had the chicken with spicy sauce as a starter, which was already plenty. The glass noodles were accompanied by many other sides. I can definitely recommend this restaurant and to share

We had high expectations for this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and put a lot of effort in preparing the food. However, the quality of the food didn’t meet our expectations. I hope the staff will be able to improve the quality of their food in the future.

Love it here, unlimited side dishes. Best korean bbq in town, been coming here for years.

My favorite Korean Dinner place, i always enjoy my Bimbimbap after the Gym here. I took my girlfriend here and now she will be upset if i won’t take her with me 😂. Staff is always very nice. Writing this review makes me hungry and want to make another reservation this month 😂

Really good restaurant and the food is nice and tasty!

WE arrived without Reservation, got directly a Table, the waiter was attentive and took Out Order fast. The food was delicious. Sadly they Had no Desserts at that evening. But all in all a place WE visit again.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Frankfurt. The food is always phenomenal, and no matter what I choose, I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, pleasant, and friendly. I can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Frankfurt.

Amazing Korean barbecue with delicious sides. We got the duck and this was by far the most tender duck meat I have ever eaten. It was juicy and flavourful. Waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Although the place is a bit of a hike up a small hill, I would do it ten times over for a meal at Hankook.

We were there for weekend dinner, the service was really nice because although during phone call we were informed that the meal time is around 90 min but we actually could just enjoy with our own pace. At the same time the staff came often to take care of our meat. Food was quite nice. We had a very enjoyable evening.

Good place for authentic Korean food with ample of options for vegetarians as well. Barbecue dishes are recommended!

A very busy little Korean restaurant reachable by bus and car. Highly recommended to reserve a place before hand. The servers were very helpful and attentive. The food was obviously delicious. I do wish it was possible to grill the meat bit by bit as opposed to all at once.

Fantastic meat destination with tasty sides, unlimited lemonade, nice service and exactly the right heat for a beautiful winter evening. In the basement you will find what is without a doubt the most extraordinary toilet in Frankfurt.

Everytime I am in Frankfurt we are going to this restaurant, just a real authentic Korean restaurant, if you are not eating beef, salad is not included even though you are saying that you are paying for it extra they are quite reluctant to give you the salad which is quite funny though, either way good food and unlimited refill if you ordered a softdrink just great. I'd recommend to go there at least once, if you like korean food.

This restaurant is so great ! The staff was spectacular, very sympathetic, and the food was really great. I totally recommend this restaurant and if I lived in Frankfurt, I would surely go there often !!

Authentic. Friendly service. I was nervous because of some reviews but i can really say it was a great experience. Admittrdly the menu can throw you off but we looked at what other tables were having and ordered the beef grill and mixed started. It was good. The fermented rice drink on the other hand might be more of an acquired taste.
